everyone was great, they always are. We ve been going there for many years. They care about your pets and you. When we moved here many years ago we tried other pet veterinarians, but this one was the best by far. Try them, you ll always come back :0)

The exam rooms are a little stuffy when the doors are closed. Is there any way to move the air on an as-needed basis. Say maybe a small fan that can be turned on when necessary.

As always, everyone at Eastside was/ is friendly, courteous and kind. I always feel like the most important client there. Even if my questions cannot be answered while I m there, Dr. Derryberry always gets back to me with the answer. I love this staff!

My dog is very temperamental and reactive. The 2 times I’ve been here the staff has been very understanding and willing to do whatever works best for my dog and does not pressure me to do something I’m not comfortable with.

Sherry is such an asset to this vet clinic with her friendly attitude and willingness to work with you on appointments and scheduling. Her empathy when I ve lost my fur babies is so appreciated and will never be forgotten. Dr. Derryberry is so compassionate and helpful and really listens to my concerns and I feel gives great advise. Eastside Animal Hospital has always been great to all my kitties and God bless all of them for what they do and see every day.

When giving medicine or certain procedures you need to give a price upfront before doing anything else. Some of us are very surprised when we check out and hear what the bill is

I waited about 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time in a room by myself. If you re going to make us wait, give us a wifi password or a magazine or something to watch or do. Staring at 4 walls in a Cat Room is tedious.
