First time trying this vet. Some staff members were not friendly, or understanding. Very short, and rude. As a new customer, during COVID-19 I had zero idea what to do/how things worked here. Patience and kindness is key, and what will keep someone coming back. The doctor was so kind, and explained everything to me perfectly, which is an extreme plus as that is who knows what my dog needs. I understand these times are hard and stressful, but receptionists answering phones, and working with customers(especially new), kindness and friendliness goes a long ways.

Ruger gets so excited when we arrive at OPH. He is clearly nervous once we go inside, but does not fight going in. With all he s been through, I love that while he s nervous, he still senses this is a good place, with people he can trust. We love OPH!
