In this time of Coronovirus and having to take precautions galore Thank you all for making the appointments very manageable

5***** on all metrics. Both Doctor Ponozzo and the vet techs were very helpful and thorough during my cat Bella s exam. They obviously care about the well being of their patients . I really appreciated the Covid procedures that are in place at the clinic to keep staff & clients safe.

Very professional care of a somewhat difficult pet. Thank you very much.

My only concern is the Care Credit situation. It used to be that you could have longer than 6 months, especially for LARGE bills like we just had. Contracting with them to only allow up to 6 months to pay these large bills interest free is really unfortunate, especially for clients that have been with the practice for such a long period of time. If you go over the free interest period, their interest rate is HORRIBLE. Sadly it leaves poor options for those that have BIG bills. We LOVE Dr P. and have been with her almost 20 years. I hope we never have to look to elsewhere simply so we can afford to pay the bill.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Caleb spent with me discussing Bear s condition and his suggestions for ways I can help Bear to improve his quality of life and how to monitor his condition.

Everything was great! Didn’t have to go in- she came out and got him. When he was done they called me and gave me a time to pick up, they brought him out and went over the instructions and what they did and of course how Jojo did. He was a good kitty!

Dr. Shmerge was so considerate of my shy dog that he sat on the floor with him for the exam and vaccinations. He also took time to answer my non-relevant questions.
