First time trying this vet. Some staff members were not friendly, or understanding. Very short, and rude. As a new customer, during COVID-19 I had zero idea what to do/how things worked here. Patience and kindness is key, and what will keep someone coming back. The doctor was so kind, and explained everything to me perfectly, which is an extreme plus as that is who knows what my dog needs. I understand these times are hard and stressful, but receptionists answering phones, and working with customers(especially new), kindness and friendliness goes a long ways.

During this time with the Corona Virus going on it is difficult for local business to deal with. OPD has done everything they can to accommodate their clients. This appt couldn t have been any better. My thanks go out to these folks for taking great ,care of us.
