I couldn t tell if my responses were received. In case they weren t, they were all 5. Excellent service and it seemed that the staff were all pet lovers.

I appreciated how the vet spent a lot of time explaining the surgery she recommends.

It would be nice to have medication instructions written rather than verbal. The front desk person kindly wrote the instructions down for me because I was a little frazzled.

I felt Dr. Ponozzo was a little rushed. Understandable if it was busy. Thor was NOT behaving well so that may have had something to do with it also. He received all his vaccinations required but I thought the exam was a bit hurried. I apologize for Thor s behavior, it was a bit embarrassing.

Great care at a great price

When the veterinarian came to let me know how my dog was she seemed in a hurry. I could barely ask my question or any.
