I felt Dr. Ponozzo was a little rushed. Understandable if it was busy. Thor was NOT behaving well so that may have had something to do with it also. He received all his vaccinations required but I thought the exam was a bit hurried. I apologize for Thor s behavior, it was a bit embarrassing.

Great care at a great price

When the veterinarian came to let me know how my dog was she seemed in a hurry. I could barely ask my question or any.

Cathy and the staff of Orchards Pet Hospital are the greatest. We ve had all our cats care done here and we ve been treated as friends, more than just customers.

In the exam room, Sadie seemed to be more uneasy with a male veterinarian. The visit before a female veterinarian left the exam room with Sadie without me. If possible, I would prefer a female veterinarian for Sadie. I appreciate your patience with Sadie. Roger Kechter
