Because if COVID I never physically entered the office building. The greeted me at the car and took care of my puppy. Very friendly and considerate staff given the circumstances.

I miss being able to come inside with my dogs and being able to visit with the staff. But that s the way it is

Our girls are always treated with love. We furry parents couldn t be happier.

I love the way I get in and out without a big deal. If I have some questions, they are answered but most of the time I just want to get my dogs shots and get back home. That happens here. I like it.

I just wanted to mention that sometimes when I call to ask questions or make appointments, sometimes I feel like I need to rush my call and at times I have had people answering not be as friendly but other times they have been. I do appreciate the nice care of my dogs by the veterinarians and the staff though. I think my dogs get good care. Thank you
