I had such a great first visit- I was beaming after the appointment. Dr. Dean was so thoughtful and took her time explaining her findings. I could tell what a thorough job she and the staff did in the exam. Really appreciate every one along every step of the way in the process. I felt the care from Kapaau Vet Center is exactly what I want for my baby Mana. Mahalo :)

I always appreciate that you talk to the pets during their examinations. That’s why I always recommend your clinic to friends. So important as the animals need to feel the energy of what’s going on. ????

It would be great to be able to go inside the office with my dog. I know it s probably still Covid protocol but my dog gets nervous without his owners handling him especially being handled by new people. The window is great but it would definitely help the overall experience for everyone, Thank you! :)

All staff members were very welcoming. Being that our puppy is our 1st pet we weren’t to familiar as to what needed to be done but THANK YOU to the staff for reassuring us that everything will be just fine. They were very patient with our questions and answered each one very thoroughly. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have been a happy customer of Kapaau Veterinary Center ever since Dr. Woodley opened it many years ago. Even after it changed hands it is still a wonderful clinic staffed by great people who always make my cats and I feel like family. I have to drive 1hour and 20minutes each way to get there and it is worth every minute of the drive to continue being taken care of by the wonderful doctors and staff at the Center. Thank you very much for your excellent care!

I came in for a second opinion for my puppy who was incorrectly diagnosed with a back disease. I had been crying all week. So hearing them say she is totally fine was amazing!!! I did wait a long time to be seen but it was because there was an ER patient that needed immediate service that got there before me. So I was happy to wait. The staff was so awesome and caring. I felt that I was taken seriously and all my questions were answered. It was the absolute best vet experience I have ever had. And I didn t even need to leave my car. ??
