I always appreciate that you talk to the pets during their examinations. That’s why I always recommend your clinic to friends. So important as the animals need to feel the energy of what’s going on. ????

It would be great to be able to go inside the office with my dog. I know it s probably still Covid protocol but my dog gets nervous without his owners handling him especially being handled by new people. The window is great but it would definitely help the overall experience for everyone, Thank you! :)

All staff members were very welcoming. Being that our puppy is our 1st pet we weren’t to familiar as to what needed to be done but THANK YOU to the staff for reassuring us that everything will be just fine. They were very patient with our questions and answered each one very thoroughly. Definitely would recommend this place.

I have been a happy customer of Kapaau Veterinary Center ever since Dr. Woodley opened it many years ago. Even after it changed hands it is still a wonderful clinic staffed by great people who always make my cats and I feel like family. I have to drive 1hour and 20minutes each way to get there and it is worth every minute of the drive to continue being taken care of by the wonderful doctors and staff at the Center. Thank you very much for your excellent care!

I came in for a second opinion for my puppy who was incorrectly diagnosed with a back disease. I had been crying all week. So hearing them say she is totally fine was amazing!!! I did wait a long time to be seen but it was because there was an ER patient that needed immediate service that got there before me. So I was happy to wait. The staff was so awesome and caring. I felt that I was taken seriously and all my questions were answered. It was the absolute best vet experience I have ever had. And I didn t even need to leave my car. ??

I was so happy with the care our cat was given. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly and very loving with our kitty, who is kind of grouchy! Our cat had as relaxed and stress-free as possible...I was really pleased. When I dropped her off for her procedure I knew she would be cared for compassionately. My only feedback was I had some difficulty getting through on the phone to schedule an appointment. I left a message but it wasn?t returned. Not complaining, just wanted you to know. Once I got through to someone, the service was great! Mahalo to you all.

Clean safe and friendly staff

All the staff at Kapaau Vet are extremely friendly and supportive. They are all very knowledgeable and take the time to explain and to listen to what I have to say. I get excited when I bring my girls in, and can sometimes talk a lot, so I really do appreciate your patience with me. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies, and me. :) Jojo

The vet assistant - do not know his hame - was great with Pepito as usual! We really appreciate the attention and genuine care we all receive at Kapaau Vet! Mahalo.

We were new to Kapa’au (having just moved here) and could not be happier. Reception was so friendly and helpful. Our vet tech - he was amazing!!!!! So sympathetic and supportive to Mocha. Dr. Hicks was extremely thorough and warm. What a great staff.

Angela greeted us with enthusiasm and has always been excellent with making appointments, billing and answering questions. Jordan was very gentle and positive handling our elderly dog during Dr. Hicks examination, he was professional when answering questions as he returned her to us. Dr. Hicks was gentle and positive as she examined Kloie. She told us all that she was observing and feeling with her hands. She explained her diagnosis and treatments thoroughly and answered all of our questions.
