This was the best vet appointment I have had in a long time. Dr. Hicks was thorough and answered all of my questions. I was in no way rushed and we went over all of the possibilities and concerns I had. She also took my concerns seriously, which I very much appreciated. The other staff was professional and friendly, and the vet techs were gentle and respectful of my animals. I am so pleased with the experience, and thank you to everyone!

Dr. Belcher and staff were compassionate and caring. I felt their instructions and explanations were clear. Dr. Belcher was open to our questions and answered them in terms we could understand. We thank them.

The are n compassion of both doctors n staff was great! Even the after hours consult w Dr Hicks was very compassionate n made me feel confident my pup was gonna be ok!

I felt so bad calling on a weekend for an emergency, but am so grateful of how understanding and sympathetic Dr. Belcher and Jordan were. They were fantastic and took their time explaining everything. I really appreciate it!

the staff at kapa au are the best , kind thoughtful , appropriately personal . always a joy to see them . dr. dean is the best veterinarian on this island , other than dr. woodley . i trust her judgement , knowledge and plausible approach to my elderly 4 legged buddies . dr. belcher , i have seen over the years and again his expertise is highly valued by me . and warmth . the only thing i would wish for is their more regular and available schedule . there is not another comparable veterinary service on this island . thank you all .

The young technician, I think his name is Jordan? Not positive - I should know it, but I m not sure if that is right. Anyhow he is so nice, polite, professional and so good with my dogs. He is the one that called the day after surgery to find out how Uku was doing, and I just think he is an outstanding employee. Doctor Dean did a great job with Uku, both with surgery and dental work while he was out. Thank you so much for getting me in at last moment due to dog attack, and for taking such good care of our Uku.

Lilikoi loves the Drs and staff there and so does my husband and I. Keep up the GREAT work!

All 5 stars! I really liked the way the office has accommodated patients and new Covid rules. Plus, my dog is super sensitive and the doc and aid handled her so well!

The new courtyard appointments are great. It is almost like being in the examining room .

Over all we had a great experience at out first visit even though we had to be outside the whole time due to Covid.

I really like the garden waiting area. My dogs were much calmer than usual when visiting the vet. Everyone was exceptionally friendly & thorough. Very professional with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Very happy we found you to take care of our girls. Mahalo!
