The exams for my rabbits were more thorough than the initial exams at three other vet offices. I felt comfortable with the process. I was especially touched by the vet tech, who was nicer, more articulate, and more professional than most that I ve met so far.

Jordan is always so great - very kind and gentle with our dogs, and we know they feel at ease with him. Always nice to see his smiling face when we go to Kapaau Vet Clinic. If we have a pet that has reached a time where it needs to be put to sleep perhaps as this is such a difficult and painful decision for folks. Please consider to schedule the appointment asap. As a priority. Robin would do this and I greatly appreciate it. As sometimes the kindest thing to do can’t wait ????

The visit was wonderful, staff was polite and accomodating to our large group (my mom, sister and kids tagged along). The only thing would be to give the patient the total before charging. The price was totally fine, but feel like the customer should know what the price is prior to the charge?

Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt my dog was very well taken care of. The doctor thoroughly examined my dog and explained everything including different treatment options and prophylactic measures. I was very happy with the care we received.

Everyone is so caring and friendly. My dog seems comfortable and happy. Hopefully in time business hours can become regular again and there will be more opportunity to make an appointment so I don’t have to take my dog to an unfamiliar vet. Thank you for taking such loving care of our dog.

Want to thank Dr. Hicks for taking the time to discuss treatment options. While she had another patient waiting, she took time the time and did not make me feel rushed. She’s very compassionate and caring. Due to cost of care, we thought about switching vet care for our fur babies with another local vet. But after a very bad experience, we knew that Kapaau vet was the best choice. You make us feel like family remembering our dogs each time we come in and that you care. Jordan, Angela and Darnell are all great and also very caring.
