Everyone there is just great.

My visit to the clinic with my dog Lolo was extremely helpful and encouraging regarding her skin allergies.. She received great care, prognosis and regime going forward and the staff was so kind to me as well. I’m so glad I took the time to travel to Kapa au.

You guys went way beyond my expectations to care for Bonnie. With no appt. I walked in frazzled and worried with Bonnie in pain and your office dropped everything to see us. I am so grateful for Kapaau Veterinary Center.

Kapaau Vet Clinic and some of the same wonderful employees have been caring for our dogs since they were born - they are 8 now. We continue to enjoy the compassionate and trusted care our two dogs receive.

The wait time was a little long but I didn t mind. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. All my questions and concerns were addressed and although I was there after 5:00, everyone was still supportive and never made me feel rushed. Very nice office and great staff.

Kapa’au Vet Clinic is fabulous! We’ve taking our pets there for years and have always received the best of care. Dr. Hicks and her office staff and tech’s are the best!

This is a wonderful vet with wonderful doctors! They are so loving and caring. They are also very thorough with every visit and check up. It gave us such piece of mind to know that we could rely on such a great team of knowledgeable experts!

They have been excellent with all my dogs their customer service the knowledge of Doctor Hicks and all the assistants are outstanding They have treated us well.

The staff and doctor were great! Super helpful as I had my hands full. I’m so happy to have this office right up the street from me, and would recommend them to anyone.
