Dr. Anderson is amazing and so good with all of our pets. The vet techs are also good and sensitive. Some of the front desk staff are not as sensitive and helpful as previous staff used to be. It is hard when you have to call a half dozen times to speak to a human being and when the emergency line goes to voicemail. That isn t acceptable to me. I had to call in sick to work today because I couldn t get through to anyone and I didn t know if I would have to bring my pet back in due to a serious medical situation.

Great service. Great staff!

The vet and the staff are wonderful - they handled my monster wriggling cat with such care - you can see they truly care about the animals they treat.

The remodel looks wonderful. So happy to be a long time customer and will continue to be!

Front desk staff rude at times. Did not seem to know/understand the products you are selling or what products were in stock. (ie: heartworm medications) Required advocating by customer multiple times to get the correct medication.

I should have asked the cost before authorizing them. I wasn t expecting to pay as much as i did.

The staff is always happy to see my pets and between appointments they always come out and greet them. The environment is warm and inviting and clearly the staff is passionate about the care they provide. We tell everyone we know to go to Meriden Animal Hospital.

Everyone was great. I especially felt the vet and her co-workers during both pre-exams and the exams were great. It seems like a good team who gets along well.

Dr. Anderson is a wonderful doctor. She has taken great care of all our cats for many years. She goes above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful for her and her wonderful staff.

The doctor was extremely personable ,answered my questions and was extremely sweet to my gizmo.

My dog was given the wrong dose of his Vit B shot. He has lost weight and no one weighed him. It’s not a big deal because it’s just vitamin B but it was double the price.

Oh my what to say! I have been a client for 30 years or so.From when Doc, Dr Amy, Marcia and Helen were the only ones. Long before Dr James was a vet :-) (I met him even before Vet School) That in itself should say a whole bunch about this awesome practice. Thank you to all of the Dr s and staff for your caring and compassion. So sorry and thankful for you sitting on the floor with me over the years saying goodbye to some of the best Goldens Ever. Dr. Anderson and her staff treated us with respect and were very thorough in answering all of our questions. We have used Meriden Animal Hospital for years and will continue to do so.

I really can t say enough good things about my babies dr! He loves them all and is so real! He does not do this for the money! He s so smart and always explains everything thoroughly. Dr. James & Dr. Anderson, as well as the techs and office workers are amazing. God bless them and this practice!
