Great personal professional courteous service. Dr.james always puts me at ease and treats every patient like he is treating his own dog or cat. The staff and doctors is so accommodating and professional and does whatever is possible the make your pet as comfortable as possible. Meriden Animal Hospital staff is awesome and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

If you dog was not there the whole day (6 or more hours) and only there four hours, it would be great if that fee was half vs the full amount. May not seem like a whole lot but it helps. I have been taking my dogs and cats to MAH for over 40 years, pay in full every time. Just saying a small gesture that goes a a long way Anyway as always appreciate all you do for the Animals. Thank you!

Really long wait on waiting room and exam room. We were seen 45 minutes past the actual appt time.

Staff has always been friendly and courteous. They worked with me on showing me how to inject insulin and were always kind to my cat. Very concerned. He knows when he is treated good. Thanks

Girls at front desk need to be MUCH more friendly. I m about to get very bad news and they are rolling eyes cuz I want to wait inside on the bench cuz my dogs abdomen is hurting him and he needs a flat space to sit or lay. When I asked for wi-fi instead of just telling me, she points and says it s on the wall, when I could not find it I asked again and again instead of just telling me she has to make a HUGE deal by showing me where it is. Techs and Dr. DeMonte were WONDERFUL, and Helen of course professional, caring, friendly.

James St. Clair is the best vet around. He takes the time to talk to you as an animal owner and understands the hard times you may experience. I have started with other vets that were completely impersonal. Dr. James is not that. The staff is great too.
