Love how they cared for my dogs and love the way they did the appointment since covid-19 they are very careful.

Staff at the MAH are always welcoming and pleasant, which makes coming to appointments less overwhelming.

The whole process was handled very well, considering the circumstances.

No changes- our first visit to MAH.....Awesome experience...prompt, thorough, kind, knowledgeable and patient with a first time puppy owner. Kudos.

You re doing pretty good considering the pandemic oriented changes in business.

Despite the necessary COVID precautions, our dog’s injury was treated quickly and followed up with a call from Dr. Anderson. She was home the same day and is improving as each day passes. We have had our animals cared for at Meriden Animal Hospital for over 30 years and are pleased with their concern for both the animal patients and their human families.

I dropped my pet off in the morning; I liked that I was greeted right away at the entrance to the parking lot.

My appt was scheduled for 5:45 but I did not get their voice message asking me to come early due to Covid hours. Dr St Clair waited for me to show for my 5:45 appt and still took saw my cat Spooky for her annual exam. I can’t say enough great things about this practice. They give phenomenal care

My first time not being with my pet during the physical. Went very will. Dr janes came out and discussed an issue and took extra time explaining my pets issue.

The phones weren t working, said the extensions were busy. Left a message and after those that were there prior were checked in someone came to greet me so it all worked out. Everyone is always so nice, you guys are all doing an amazing job! Thank you!

The amount of time it takes for appointments is rather unacceptable. I thought with a curbside process it might be quicker but our dog was still inside under your care for nearly an hour and a half While we waited outside. We live in West Hartford so it’s not possible for us to drop her off come home and return. So it was about a 2 1/2 hour process for us to bring our dog in for a visit. It is very challenging for us to go to dedicate that amount of time for a routine vet visit I’m not sure why it takes so long for a routine check ups

Thank you Dr James and MAH. Both my dogs, Lucy and Desi Stratton had a vet appointment. Of course I was nervous not being able to go in with my babies. I sent in a note with them of what issues I was having because i am that crazy dog mom. The whole process was flawless. From the tech coming out to take information and picking up the dogs, to Dr James communicating with me while they were inside and coming out to make sure I didn’t have any questions, I felt I was safe, my babies were receiving good care and the staff at MAH were being kept safe. Thank you for taking all the extra precautions.

Your receptionist was a little snippy. I called for our appointment, I called back to verify what shots and make sure they give benadryl before shots. The receptionist snipped at me when I asked which shots saying you said you wanted all their shots. I explained I only want the necessary shots, not shots that are not necessary at their age. I also asked to also have nails and anal glands expressed. She answered me by say yes if there is time. I didn t appreciate her attitude.

Thank you for your attention to safe interaction protocol ie. pay by credit on phone and receiving and releasing animals in the parking lot.

The dr called at 5:05 pm Friday to discuss the results of my dog (mojo) blood work I couldn’t get to the phone fast enough and tried to call back at 5:06 Couldn’t get through or talk to dr. Having to wait and worry all weekend over the results. Very disappointed and upset that I am left hanging over the news of my pets health and well-being over the course of the whole weekend. Very disappointed!!!!!!

I appreciated the lengths MAH went through to make sure their human customers stay safe during this time. Sure, waiting outside while our pets are being examined is strange but the phone call by the Vet before the exam is over was great. I also must make a shout out to Dr Anderson who is so thorough and thoughtful with my skiddish dog. She’s very reassuring and comforting. The Vet techs who assisted with getting my dog inside and out and answering further questions were also great.

I understand that prices go up and your in business to make money. But when you change what you call blood work and when asked what I had done previously I was given different things. Makes a custom a bit upset to see how labeling things a different way confuses people! Then looking at the bill, I felt I was over charged. And some prices have gone by almost triple.
