I appreciate the accommodation of the Saturday appointment after I missed the appointment on Friday due being stuck in Hartford traffic. I did not appreciate the initial reschedule over 2 weeks later. As it turns out my dog had a severe yeast infection in one ear and a less severe one in the other. An additional two over the time I’d already waited was totally wrong and not good for an animal that was already ill. Thanks for making it earlier.

There s a couple of angry posts on FB about someone who called you Friday afternoon about a dog they d found with rabies tags from MAH. Someone at MAH said yes, the dog s owner was a client, but you were closing in ten minutes and couldn t help. I can t imagine any reason why you couldn t take the information from the caller and contact animal control, or the owner. I don t know what happened to the dog, but people were angry enough at that response that they re boycotting MAH.

It s always nerve wrecking when you pick a veterinary hospital/doctor for your beloved pet, I picked Meriden Animal hospital because of ther good reviews. I just want to say that my experience and my dog Ellie s experience is beyond joy. From the time I was greeted when I parked my car, from the lady that took Ellie and the follow up call from her blood work is just amazing. What a great crew you have there. Thank you for making me and my dog comfortable.

During this time of covid, I felt that everything was handled very nicely the young lady outside greeted me and explained the procedure and paperwork and the exam time seem to be pretty quick and the doctor called and freely discussed any concerns that had, I did not feel I was being rushed all in all I felt it was a very good visit for Layla, whom I had just rescued not even a month ago and was very worried about her timidness but I felt everything went quite well and looking forward to her good care and veterinary services. I was surprised how well my visit went during the pandemic. Staff came to my car the minute I pulled in, took down any concerns I had for my dog. I waited in the lot. The Doctor called me to go over everything and answered all questions. Great job by all!!

I did send an email to your Gmail expressing my thoughts re Dr. DeMonte, she was very knowledgeable and knew how to treat my dog during her emergency situation. And kept me informed. Not being able to come in with your pet is high stress for dog and owner. Thank you again for everything.
