I love the animal hospital because of the staff. They treat my cat as if there own. Answer all my questions and that is what matters. And most important they don’t rob there clients. Keep up the good work

Knowing that there will be a delay in the procedure being performed due any difficulty my pet may have caused during pre-op, and that my pet would have to potentially stay overnight is fine, I just wish it had been communicated earlier on as soon as it was known. If I hadn t called and checked around 1pm I doubt I would have been notified until his procedure was over.

Dr. Mirto was ***SO*** gentle and compassionate to Rory on Friday. Also, she was very clear in explaining things to me on the telephone. You guys are great!

My appointment for my sick kitty was for 3:30pm on Tuesday, made the day before by a compassionate, caring staff member. I was home by 4:30(!) due to an expedient, professional, LOVING, genuine, hard working staff. All of Misty Day’s med’s were conveniently packed and brought to my car. The professional process was one thing that exceeded expectations. The care and commitment to caring was evident from the first call, was another aspect that exceeded expectations. Dr. James was super nice! He helped us with our large mastiff that is terrified of the vet. He administered the vaccination outside to accommodate our dog’s needs.
