My only complaint is that there are too many dog pictures in the rooms. I would like the dog pictures removed and replaced with cats. Lol

My cats have been coming to Arlington Animal Hospital for decades, and you’ve always provided us with excellent and friendly care.

Other than not being able to get an appointment sooner than two weeks from when I called to make it, the experience was excellent. TOP NOTCH! Everyone was friendly and professional and thorough. Dr. Hagen took her time, explained all that was going on, called with test results, and answered my questions. One suggestion: it was difficult seeing your practice from the street. Maybe an outdoor sign?

We took our dog Snoky to the Arlington Animal Hospital this past Friday for emergency care due to congestive heart failure. We didn’t have an appointment, but the hospital saw her regardless and provided excellent care for her. They medicated her to slow her rapid breathing enough so that we could take her for emergency care at a heart specialist. Kudos to Arlington Animal Hospital for their compassion and flexibility during this difficult time.

Love how good Dr London and his assistant are with my somewhat uncooperative dog. He is patient and generous with his time.

When I met with the tech as she was to take my dog back for her treatments, I mentioned Rori has become dog selective. When the tech brought Rori back out to me she was fabulous. There was a male dog (a trigger for Rori) in the reception room. The tech was quick to keep herself as a visible barrier as I distracted my dog. Her quick read of the room and assistance in our smooth transition out of the lobby was greatly appreciated.

I recommend this clinic to everyone with a dog. The staff and medical professionals go above and beyond. I’ve never seen a dog excited to go to the vet, but mine drags me here as soon as we’re on the block of the clinic. I also appreciate the on call staff that can give quick advice without need for an appointment sometimes. The front desk staff and vet techs are AMAZING, just genuinely kind and obviously love their jobs. Fantastic work on all fronts, keep it up!
