Dr. Sarah was exceptional. And the staff was cheerful and helpful.

We took our dog Snoky to the Arlington Animal Hospital this past Friday for emergency care due to congestive heart failure. We didn’t have an appointment, but the hospital saw her regardless and provided excellent care for her. They medicated her to slow her rapid breathing enough so that we could take her for emergency care at a heart specialist. Kudos to Arlington Animal Hospital for their compassion and flexibility during this difficult time.

Love how good Dr London and his assistant are with my somewhat uncooperative dog. He is patient and generous with his time.

When I met with the tech as she was to take my dog back for her treatments, I mentioned Rori has become dog selective. When the tech brought Rori back out to me she was fabulous. There was a male dog (a trigger for Rori) in the reception room. The tech was quick to keep herself as a visible barrier as I distracted my dog. Her quick read of the room and assistance in our smooth transition out of the lobby was greatly appreciated.

I recommend this clinic to everyone with a dog. The staff and medical professionals go above and beyond. I’ve never seen a dog excited to go to the vet, but mine drags me here as soon as we’re on the block of the clinic. I also appreciate the on call staff that can give quick advice without need for an appointment sometimes. The front desk staff and vet techs are AMAZING, just genuinely kind and obviously love their jobs. Fantastic work on all fronts, keep it up!

Dr. London was absolutely fantastic at my first appointment with my puppy! He made sure I was heard, answered all questions and definitely made me feel welcome from start to finish. Looking forward to future years watching my dog grow as they care for him!

Since I ve been here before, I tried to use the online scheduling system but I just could not get it to work. I tried several times and it didn t work for me. I don t mind calling but if I can make an appointment without having to, that s my personal preference.

Excellent front desk and medical staff! Wonderful visit. My only suggestion would be to mark the address location, 2301 Columbia Pike, with an arrow pointing the direction of the entrance — on the block.

We used to live right next to this vet about 4 years ago. We have since moved into the city, but we still go here because the staff is so great with out cat. The vet techs and the veterinarians are excellent. Thanks for your continued support with our beloved cat.

I called a week ago to make an appointment at the end of the day & Susan called me right back & set a date for the next week. I appreciate that because the last vet had us waiting for a month before we could be seen. We had trouble getting Mork into the carrier and our appnt was cancelled because we were a few minutes late. We had a productive conversation with Dr. Hagen & she came to the right decision regarding Mork s problem and was able to do surgery right away. It was a good outcome for both us and our cat and we were very pleased on the way we were treated by both Dr. Hagen & her staff.

My dog Amy looks forward to going to the Vet s. She likes any type of attention. I have complete confidence in Dr. Young s medical advice. Reassuring.

Costs of procedures had gone up about 10% and while it wouldn’t have affected any decision I made on care, it would be nice for the staff to Acknowledge the change.
