I love this place. Everyone is so friendly, they really care about animals. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

I was told approximately how much bloodwork was going to cost before I agreed to it, but was not told any other costs or fees upon scheduling the appointment or agreeing to medications. The total bill at the end was horrifyingly high and the expectation of paying that all immediately when I wasn t given breakdowns ahead of time makes me very hesitant to continue with this practice. Please post prices for standard things like bloodwork, x-rays, medications, visits, etc. either on the website or on a brochure/flyer on site. I shouldn t have to find out the cost of a visit after I ve already shown up.

I ve always had a great experience at Arlington Animal Hospital for both of my pets with all the doctors I ve seen, the technicians, and the front desk staff. I feel lucky that I have a vet that I feel confident bringing my pets to and that always show they really care about their well-being.

Luna is like our toddler child and I was very nervous to leave her alone. The staff understood this and gave us an update on how she was doing and brought her out quickly. We always have wonderful service there and we appreciate all the staff, vet techs, and doctors.

I’m doing this on my ipad and am not sure if it has taken. Everything was excellent!! I would like to take a minute and thank Dr. Duerler and Sammy for taking care of my quirky little girl Jilly. They were rockstars!! I heard that it ended up taking 2 vets and 2 techs to hold her down in order to get blood. For that I am so sorry but when she came back to me she was wagging her tail and ready to go. I thank all of you for always taking care of us.

I am very happy with Dr Jones. I have had several awful vets who were nothing more then used car salesman. I feel I have found the vet I wish I had when Dominic we 7 weeks old.
