Dr.London has been our vet for 4yrs. Always a friendly staff, very knowledgeable and the care they show for our fur-babys is above and beyond. This is why they will always be our Veterinarian choice!

Was disappointed to hear that because the office mishandled Clark s blood sample, our son, who was caring for Clark this week, had to return to the facility so that a second sample could be drawn. As he does not have a car, this required multiple Uber trips, and additional time taken from his work, to get this completed. It seemed this could have been handled better. Thank you.

The visit was excellent. Both Dr. Durler and vet tech, Nicole were very caring. Dr. Durler is very thorough. Re the survey. It looks like everything is pre set to 5 stars. It would be more sound to pre set to no stars. I’m not saying that the rating can’t be changed. It’s just that the default setting is 5 stars.

AAH staff, especially Dr. Young, Miranda, and Leticia, feel like family. I ve known them for so long. I trust them implicitly and know they are sincere and that they do care. And who knows why Izzy jumps up and hides in the sink? She gets great care and love - what more could a cat want!!! :)

I love this place! It can be difficult to get in touch with someone on the phone but I understand that is because the receptionist is likely on the line with someone else. Whenever I leave a voicemail, I always get a call back so I appreciate that.

It s frustrating that sometimes I am charged for a nail trim when I bring in my pet for a physical and sometimes I am not. (This time I was.) I wish this policy were more consistent/transparent. But otherwise, everything and everyone is fabulous as always!! Thank you for the skill and warmth.

Dr Young is always caring and patient with my Pekingese who does not appreciate blood draws, temperature taking, or vaccinations. She listens to m concerns and always provides the right treatment. Absolutely wonderful vet.
