I always appreciate the kindness and attention we receive at Arlington Animal Hospital. The team is great, I feel like we receive great care, and we truly appreciate the calm waiting room with few, if any, appointments that coincide with our arrival time. Great experience for a first-time visit. The appointment was done quickly but did not feel rushed. The doctor was very open to discussing any issues and to giving advice.

Everyone is very patient with my scared and upset dog whenever we have to come to the vet. Dr. Jones takes his time and lets my pup adjust. It is always appreciated and I wish they could see how wonderful my dog is outside of a vet s office!

I as very satisfied. Dr. B Jones reached out first thing in the morning in response to my call to afternoon before. I was able to get in that very day. Staff were polite and welcoming. AAH is a very well run veterinary office. I have also been incredibly satisfied with other vets who have treated by dog in the last several months when Brody needed treatment and Dr. B Jones was unavailable. All were knowledgable, responsive, empathetic . . . just a really impressive group. I am 100 percent totally satisfiedd and I am more reinforced with my choice with every individual experience that I have. Thank you.

Both the vet and the vet tech (and front desk staff) were amazing!

The staff here are why we keep returning. Everyone is amazing, friendly, relatable, and approachable. Only feedback I have is there were front desk staff on Friday before Labor Day I did not recognize, and their engagement with customers was notably different than the two women we normally see. Normally, the front desk staff are overtly warm and genuinely care about connecting with customers and pets. The front desk staff on Friday before Labor Day were polite, accurate, and efficient, but noticably less engaged than the other receptionists we normally see.

The veterinary and support staff have always provided excellent support to my cats over the years. They are kind and respectful of both clients and their pets. I have complete confidence and trust in their advice and treatment. I recommend Arlington Animal Hospital and their staff very highly!
