Appointment during the Covid-19 pandemic period. No inside office visit but, services great none the less. Haven t seen inside your new location. Hope to soon. Been going to this clinic for 20 years now.

I love Arlington Animal Hospital. They have taken care of 5 of my pets since 1997. The staff is wonderful and the drs. are the best!

Moved to Stafford but still make the trek to see Dr Jones and his team who are absolutely wonderful and patient with my big personality Boston Terrier.

Overall very pleasant experience considering the changes as a result of Covid-19. Dr. Duerler answered all my concerns and offered good suggestions to alleviate Soto s behavioral issues.

Dr London was wonderful. Quick appt on an “emergency “ basis did a thorough exam and X-rays. My dog is improving and I am so happy. Arlington animal hospital has been my pets place for over 30 years. Would highly recommend this hospital

As always, you guys are excellent! Even in the crazy times we live in right now.

Due to the Covid 19 craziness we did curbside pickup for our dog. The front desk staff and vet called me on my phone to discuss everything. The vet, in particular, spent a lot of time on the phone with me, more than I would have expected, to make sure that I understood everything she was telling me and to make sure that she understood everything that I was telling her about Bobby, my dog. I really appreciated that. First time visit and I will definitely continue coming here. Thank you do much!

Thank you for staying open and taking care for our pets during this pandemic. You guys are putting yourselves in harms way, and we appreciate it. One suggestion though. I wish I would have called before my appointment to see if you guys were running on time, and approximately when my dogs would be brought in. I have anxious dogs, and they were pretty spun up from waiting to go in. It might be helpful to suggest that people call ahead to get that information so that they can gauge that time better and they aren t waiting outside or in their cars fo long periods of time. This isn t a complaint, I know you guys are doing the best you can! Thanks Again!

The changes due to the Covid-19 virus were clear and everyone did a great job. Thanks for taking care of our pet patients during this difficult time. All of you are doing a great job.

I m a little frustrated with procedures being done on my pet without first discussing them, what the dr is hoping to/expects to determine from them, and what they will cost. It s dismaying to have the bill be substantially higher than expected.

Our experience with Dr. Duerler and staff was excellent. Everyone communicated clearly with us what was going on and were extremely professional.

My conversations with the doctor were excellent. I’m glad that you all are able to continue seeing pets, but I had trouble with the front desk staff and getting my pet in. I called the desk as directed when I arrived, but it took 20 minutes and 4 calls before anyone answered (I also left a voicemail on the first call). After paying the bill over the phone, I was hung up on before I could schedule another appointment and had to call back.

I love everyone at this practice. You are keeping my cats alive and happy, and taking time to be patient and explain what I need to do. Always assure me that my cats are cared for by vets and staff.
