This was only my second visit in the past 14 months. While I’ve wanted to continue with your practice, I’m now seriously considering finding a veterinary provider who demonstrates the same respect for my time as I do for theirs—by keeping to scheduled appointments. My cat and I waited 40 minutes past our scheduled noon appointment before anyone informed us of the delay. That lack of communication is deeply frustrating and, quite frankly, unacceptable. If Arlington Animal Hospital cannot acknowledge the stress this caused my cat—or the value of our time—it’s difficult for me to feel confident in the level of care my pet will receive moving forward.

I’ve been bringing my pets to this practice forever. There is no other veterinarians that I would entrust my beloved dog to for care. Everyone from the doctors to the techs to the front staff are kind, caring, and trustworthy. It’s the best group around!
