Great visit as usual

I had to change rooms because there was no air conditioning in the room we were first directed to. Since there were cooler rooms available I’m not sure why we were not taken to one of those rooms first. It wasn’t a big deal but I wondered.

I highly recommend Arlington Animal Hospital to all of my dog friends and even some of my cat friends

All staff so friendly & helpful. Dr Jones was so kind, professional and caring with our very anxious pup. Sincerely appreciated him following up with a phone call regarding test results!

Parking onsite with Park Mobil is inconvenient and app did not offer a promo code but, clerk did credit some of the charges service fees remained. This is not a good thing but, they don t control the process. Perhaps a better alternative could be offered for its customers for free parking onsite.

It’s always a treat for Wriggly and me to be able to see Dr Young. We drive nearly 2 hours from Spotsylvania because she is so skilled and personable.

Unfortunately the staff I interacted with (front desk and vet tech) were not very friendly which isn t what I ve experienced in the past but these were new people (new to me anyways)

Dr Jones and the assistant did a great job cutting my dogs nails. He does not like getting them cut. 5 stars for this office. Easy to schedule an appointment.

I liked the meeting with Dr Jones. My pet didn t exactly behave well but he was patient with the animal --and me- and answered all my questions. I like the fact the exam took place in the exam room with me present. With another vet at the practice my pet remained in the carrier and I saw nothing of the exam. I was told when I asked about this, that the animal would be less testy if I was not present. But I feel more reassured as a pet owner seeing the vet or tech interact to at least some degree with the pet.

This was only my second visit in the past 14 months. While I’ve wanted to continue with your practice, I’m now seriously considering finding a veterinary provider who demonstrates the same respect for my time as I do for theirs—by keeping to scheduled appointments. My cat and I waited 40 minutes past our scheduled noon appointment before anyone informed us of the delay. That lack of communication is deeply frustrating and, quite frankly, unacceptable. If Arlington Animal Hospital cannot acknowledge the stress this caused my cat—or the value of our time—it’s difficult for me to feel confident in the level of care my pet will receive moving forward.
