Everything was 5-stars! Very impressed with Dr. Jones and his team. Will definitely be back! My only complaint was that there was a very long wait time since I was a new customer. I had to wait about 4-5 weeks when I first called to make an appointment.

The vet tech who helped us was a delight and for the first time ever Luna willingly walked back with them! Thank you for taking such good care of our family member. Everyone from the front dest, the vet techs, and the vets are always very pleasant and kind.

There was a mix up with respect to the date, but the staff compensated very well. Baby Moose got excellent care and had a good socializing experience. Paul Schaeffer ps. the staff was marvelous.

Everyone at Arlington Animal Hospital went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to find a new vet for my two precious kitties. Dr. Jones was superb. He reviewed both Forest and Prince s histories, provided recommendations in terms of optimizing their health, care, and wellbeing, and it was the first time that my cats have been calm and OK with going to the vet. There is one front desk person who is usually very cold and does not acknowledge me until I take the initiative to say hello and say who my dog is. She has always been this way. I believe she also worked at the old practice/location. It is slightly uncomfortable and also jarring when you say hello and she doesn t even look up from the computer. I do absolutely LOVE the rest of the staff. The other front desk ladies are exceptional. The vet tech are angels. And the different Vets that have seen Ramina through the years have all been so wonderful. That is my only comment in regard to anything negative. The front desk person was there when I checked Ramina in on Friday am at 730. The ladies that are were and are wonderful, were there when I picked her up in the afternoon. Thank you for always taking such good care of my Ramina!

Everyone I encountered. From the doctor, Vet Tech, Front Desk was super at taking care of my Dogs and so very friendly to me. I am so glad I found you.

Always went to Arlington Animal Hospital.Now over 30 years. I love Dr. Young and the staff there.

I would have joined my dog in giving kisses to the staff, but I thought that might be a little too forward…

Parking has changed in the building with an app based charge system that is not very user friendly and did end up resulting in a $.45 charge despite the validation offered. I know it s beyond the control of the clinic directly but, worth noting as an inconvenience charge that perhaps could be avoided in the future. Otherwise the staff Miranda and the doctors have always been consisently the best in the area for many many years.

The vet care is top notch! I could not be happier. This survey stinks. It is unclear when it takes your answer if your answers are all excellent - which I want them to be.

I always feel so grateful that my cats are patients of yours and that I have you guys. I’m always treated so kindly and with priority. I appreciate how you constantly accommodate me, you will squeeze me in an appointment time, or let me bring an additional cat, you always answer my emails and that you all will get on the phone and collaborate with me when I’m dealing with a tricky situation. I feel so lucky and blessed. Thank you always for supporting me and my cats and making it easier to care for their sometimes compounding needs. You all are the best.

When I called to say that my dog was sick and we needed an appointment I was told the first available was in 3 days, then an opening was seen for later the same day, so I took it. I was surprised that I was told the wait for a sick animal was 3 days. That would have forced me to go to an animal ER which I expect to do when the office is closed, but not otherwise. I don t understand why the scheduling does not allow for animals that become ill. Even if the appointment is late in the day or early evening, at least it s better than waiting 3 days.
