was able to get in quickly which was wonderful! Overall good experience - It s always shocking what our animals cost but didnt feel as though it was overly expensive.

I really appreciate the time and thought Dr Lisa has put i to helping me find the best comfort for Loki. Having dorect contact and follow ip from a vet is a rare find!

Staff were patient and friendly. I was able to book an appt on a Monday evening for the following day (as a new patient). I went in as the last appt of the day and no one appeared rushed or inconvenienced by the time when we went (significantly)longer than the 20 minute appt. It s nice to have providers who are thorough, take the time, and listen. I rarely complete surveys, but feel the experience warranted feedback and sincere gratitude.

The best place I’ve taken my Labrador, Daisy. Everyone is so good to her. Daisy is very anxious about everything and she does very well in your office. You don’t force her to do things (like get on the scale), which makes it worse for her. Instead you let her take her time and incourage her in other ways. This is the only place I have been able to get her on a scale. Thanks for being so good and patient with her!

Dr.Brandt seems like a very good vet. I just wasn t quite sure when the appointment was over. It would help those of us with felines to feel a bit more comfortable in the waiting room/with the practice if there were some pictures and more supplies/food for cats. Again I dont doubt that Dr.Brandt is an excellent vet but the impression is that the practice focuses on dogs-I dont know if that is a correct impression or not. The art in the examination room was great!

We felt a bit processed through your office for this surgery, sent home without instructions or pain meds, yet charged for them and then offered a credit on the account. A credit on the credit card was what I asked for. Not the best experience we have had there, but everybody has busy days and understand you are on your own.

I ve had veterinarians in my long life, in two states, and Dr. Brandt is just the best I ve ever known!

This was our first visit. We had a grooming appt, but my dog hurt her foot before we came in. I called and Mike at the front desk got us in right away and said Dr. Brandt would look at her paw, treat it and see if she should proceed with her grooming appt. I was soo.. pleased because Dr Brandt treated her, and Tahna, took extra time with me so I could inform her that my dog is extremely afraid of high pressure hoses and blow dryers. Tahna used a special blower to accommodate my rescue dog’s anxiety, and my dog was happy as a clam!! I am so grateful to the Red Butte team and will definitely be back!! Thank you for your tender care, time and expertise!!!
