Everyone was fantastic. My previous clinic was acquired by a large corporate chain and while I loved the vet, the change in their policies and procedures led me to look elsewhere. I am very happy I found your office.

I brought my dog Firestar in for grooming with Tahna. He looked beautiful afterwards but she found some lice on him. The staff of the vet office were very nice but a little unorganized. I realize what happened with my dog was unexpected( for us as well, but it would’ve been nice to know that he needed to actually see the vet before we could obtain the prescription for the revolution. We were told twice to take him outside because of the lice, which I understand, but then we took him out to the car because I was told I would not need to bring him back in. Turns out I did because he needed to have an exam from the vet. It also seemed like you didn’t really want him in an exam room. I really do understand about the lice and not wanting to spread it and I’m not upset about this. I just want to offer you some thoughts on my experience. Thanks! Cindy Yee

We love bringing our dogs here, Dr Brandt and her team are honest and straightforward, they don t try to up sell needless test and their pricing is reasonable.

I have been looking for a new vet for several years. I like that the small friendly welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated Dr Brandt explaining the cost and why the tests would be of help but it was ultimately my decision as to what was done. I look forward to a long relationship with this clinic.

Went in for grooming. Tahna is fabulous. The entire staff is terrific.

It s so nice to have a veterinarian who takes the practical approach to diagnosis rather than going for the profitability of an expensive treatment first. These guys ROCK!!!!

Overall a very good experience.

The price for my dog grooming was higher than I expected, given what other groomers are charging in the valley. Also I didn t appreciate the billing person asking if I wanted to leave a tip. I usually make this offer on my own after seeing my pet.

Awesome place,friendly staff

It was very clean as there wasn t the typical vet smell in the office. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My dog was there for grooming and he was in a great mood afterward and looked fantastic. We ll be using Red Butte for grooming in the future.
