I called and made a same day appointment for my dog to come in and get looked at when I arrived 15 minutes early the staff got me right in to see the vet and he was able to diagnose my dogs problem and give me great feedback on what could be causing the issue as well as ways to prevent it He was also able to spot something else that needed to be treated on my puppy and give us good reason why he’s having this issue he also did an general examination of my dog telling me he is healthy and what he is expected to be like when he hits a certain age which is awesome to hear your dog is doing great! He mentioned adding a vitamin to my dogs food to help with any deficiency’s he could’ve having and told me a more affordable option which I thought was awesome they were absolutely looking out for my dogs best interest and not just a paycheck would 10/10 recommend going there again greg was awesome!

I dropped her off before the Dr was in. I did get a call from Dr Brandt prior to the procedure which was good. Staff called after the procedure was done with the update which was good. When I picked her up the staff told me the cost for services and I had to ask for detailed print out. I believe that should be presented with the final cost without asking. I do love this clinic and recommend it to folks that ask me where I take my dog. Thanks ??

I loved the fact that you gave me the invoice and didn t push me for charges that I wasn t comfortable with. I am a college student on a budget and this was much appreciated, and quite honestly, the reason why I will return. My baby s rashes and pustules aren t looking any better with the meds prescribed, so I may have to bring her back.

Thank GOODNESS for you guys! I am forever grateful for your kind and considerate care of my Gracie. I was heartbroken thinking that my Gracie might be at the end of her life. After extensive surgery (at least i felt so). I feel much better about her survival, i dont know how the biopsy will turn out, but i feel like you care for all three of us. We all give you a round of applause. I hope for the best. I will see you again, maybe soon.

great visit, very happy

I was so worried about taking my best friend in for her check up. It had been years. From the first call to picking her up from her teeth cleaning the staff and doctor were amazing. They are kind and caring of your pet. They cared for her so well and I am so glad I called.

The only issue I had was the long wait time (around 25 mins after my actual appointment time). Other than that it was great!

All my questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend our new vet to anyone.

I was just really happy with everyone there, they were all kind and very helpful and good to my cat Izzy!
