i appreciate the thoroughness in which the veterinarian explained possible causes, routes of testing, and potential outcomes of which route to use. however, due to a migraine i had difficulty filtering 3-4 voices to the relevant one in the lobby when i was handed an invoice/estimate also explaining my options while in the lobby. the instructor/explainer (couldn t recall the proper term) helped me by going to a different room to cut noise level down and explained it all out again; i appreciate that.

We feel very confident in Tinka s care after every visit with Dr Ozog. Super easy to get an appointment as well which is greatly appreciated.

We love Dr. Ozog, and the vet tech Matt was great as well. Our cat is pretty feisty (even on a lot of gabapentin) and they both handled him like pros.

I was surprised that there is now a charge for a cat s nail trim. It used to be complimentary with the general exam. But anyway, I think Dr. Szaki is an excellent vet and quite likable, also.

If the practice is running late, a text or phone call would be helpful. Truly my favorite vets, ever!

Dr Murphy is the first and only veterinarian I’ve had that has truly listened and felt as though she genuinely cared. She is never in a rush, and is always willing to answer more questions to make us feel comfortable before we go home. I am so so grateful that I found her, especially after losing our other senior cat finding a good vet was very important.

We love the vets and this practice. No complaints at all!

I found the staff and veterinarians to be kind and compassionate overall. However, the clinic as an organization felt somewhat unorganized and overextended. For example, I couldn’t even say who our “primary vet” was, since we were contacted by multiple doctors. In the past at other clinics, we would always meet directly with the veterinarian after an exam, but here we were met by a vet tech instead. While they did their best to explain things, it would have been reassuring to also speak directly with the doctor. A particularly difficult moment came after receiving ultrasound results. The doctor left us an urgent voicemail, but when we called back, we were told it would cost $71 just to speak with the vet. That fee was essentially for the doctor to tell us that our cat was passing away—followed immediately by an upsell of euthanasia services. In such sensitive circumstances, I believe it would be good-faith business practice to share that information directly, without placing it behind an additional charge. I understand that veterinary care comes with costs, but this felt like a moment where compassion should come first. While we appreciated the kindness of the individual staff members and valued the doctors’ opinions, I ultimately would not recommend this clinic to others.

I continue to be impressed with the extraordinary care that Zelda consistently receives at PSVC and am confident that the love and attention she receives in your practice will continue for many years.
