I felt very much comfortable with my pets at this place. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Dr. Lin s guidance helped me navigate the complex procedure of travel of pets internationally very easily. Just a small suggestion. If there could be a water fountain for the people who come with pets it would be helpful.

I really love this vet. My dog has been to a few now and many dont make him comfortable. This place makes him feel very comfortable and cared for. Everyone is so kind and everything is very fast. Thank you! My dog means the world to me. Its nice to know there are people out there who also care about his well being.

Ive had my cat for seven years and this was the most comprehensive visit I’ve ever had with a vet, including recently with an internal medicine specialist. I am so grateful for Dr. Murphy’s care and expertise. The office staff and vet tech were also very helpful and I appreciated availability of a same day visit.

I had to wait 45 min to be moved into a room and then another 15 for the doc to arrive. The doc was lovely as always but waiting that long at a vet when you have an appointment is very frustrating.

My cat has been around the block at 18, and Dr. Murphy is the GOAT of vets. I started crying during the office visit owing to lack of sleep from Faunti s night terrors but mainly because I was so moved by the treatment we received by this humanistic, brilliant, resourceful, research-oriented but right-there-in-the-trenches-with-you, funny-as-fuck doctor. Marry me, Dr. Murphy! The vet tech and front desk staff were amazing as well. Elderly, demented Faunti has been through the wringer lately and he really seemed to appreciate being treated like Orphan Annie when she gets to the mansion! I also appreciated that the pricing was so fair and that expectations were managed regarding cost of things. LOVE THIS UNICORN OF PRACTICES! So grateful.

We live Park Slope Veterinary and Drs. Syzacki and Ozog. The parking and traffic issues around 19th and 4th are making visits pretty difficult. May I suggest moving the entrance to 19th Street, so at least a car can stop and drop off a passenger with a pet without worrying about being run over by car or scooter on 4th Ave.

I absolutely love Dr Ozog. My Smokie means so much to me, and she always told me to stay positive with his diagnosis and that she would do whatever she could to help him. Since we first brought smokie to her 5 years ago, she always listened to my concerns and was able to help most if not all of the problems he had. Everything was great until I was misinformed that a nail trim was included in the exam fee as it had been last time I came In. When I inquired about it everyone was apologetic and willing to comp it but the owner didn’t want to so they didn’t. Owner felt my dog was “too difficult” to comp it even tho I was just incorrectly informed of there was a fee. It’s not about th $18, but I did just learn something about the owners integrity and it’s highly disappointing.

Please don t play music in the waiting room! Especially music with words. It is hard for some of us to tune it out and it s distracting and increases stress. For people with ADHD or neurodivergence it s another distressing sensory input. The music can also be heard in the exam rooms. It was much better when there was no music.

Really great vet and staff, 3 minor improvements I suggest: 1) Reduce the number of reminders pre vet visit. I received over 7 emails and texts. 2) Send invoices via email automatically. 3) Mail prescriptions - it’s ok to charge for the mailing, but having to take an uber for 50$ to pick up a prescription almost made me switch providers if it wasn’t for Dr Ozog.
