Hi . I just want to point out that this was my first time with my pet at this veterinary clinic. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was I was given instruction via text to bring in a fecal sample for the visit . During the visit , the fecal sample was never asked for and I handed it over to the Dr , thinking maybe she forgot . I was wondering why the bill was a little steep until I saw the breakdown and it was an extra 80$ for checking the sample as if I had initially requested it . I’ll take it as a miscommunication this time but I’ll be sure to be more cautious about itemized expenses for now on . Overall . Love the Dr ??.

I want to recognize the technician who did an outstanding job listening to me and validating my concerns. The office manager was also very kind and knowledgeable and allowed me the space to express how I was feeling, which I truly appreciate

We had an excellent experience. Dr. Wilson took the time to examine and talk through any worries I had regarding Jupiter s health. Jupiter was terrified of going to the vet and Dr. Wilson s upbeat manner and kindness helped a great deal. The vet tech also did a fantastic job. She listened to what I had to say and she made sure to stand in front of Jupiter and another dog in order to prevent any squabbles. I was very grateful for her quick thinking. The secretary was also great. She was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
