staff/vet/vet assistant were quite accommodating and informative i felt the vet was quite informative and built a good amount of trust in a short amount of time. for me there was a lot of information to unpack, and i wish i brought something to write down key notes to remember. tossed an email out to clarify if there was something i forgot, and got a response with the things i missed rather quickly, which i appreciated.

Glad to be able to join my pet in the exam. I know it’s been difficult to manage during the pandemic. Dr. Wilson was very attentive.

Have a jar of peanut butter or cheese whiz to put on a stick! My dog won’t eat treats when scared, but will lick the above off of a stick, which makes it much easier to give her shots.

Vet visits can be super stressful, however, you guys make it so much better. Everyone is kind, helpful and attentive, everything is explained in detail, and you guys show so much respect toward both pets and pet parents that it is easy to trust you. Congratulations!

We are very happy with the couple of visits we ve had here with our kitten. Dr. Ozog in particular has been great. She is both kind and informative. So many vet offices feel chaotic and stressful, but the office here is calm and friendly. Tanya in the front office is fantastic - she showers our kitten with love whenever we come, and he adores her. We re very glad to have found this vet practice.

Thank all of you for seeing my cat in such a short time. I am so appreciative. the staff is wonderful.

Everyone was really friendly. The two vet techs I worked with did a great job taking temps/weight with 2 kittens who were not interested in having done! I met with Dr. Ozog for the first time and we went step by step through each potential issue kittens were having and discussed plan of care for both of them, plus upcoming care they were going to need. I appreciated she reviewed all costs with me in person, before I consented to care since lab work and other testing procedures can quickly add up for two animals.
