The technician was very friendly, professional, gentle, and efficient. He saw my dog was going to be a little endeavours and went out of his way to explain the steps to me so I could be there to help calm her through it. He really made an uncomfortable experience for her no big deal!

From the reception team to the vet assistants everyone is efficient, welcoming, and very, very kind --and then there s amazing Dr Szacki. She is a brilliant diagnostician, she is genuinely caring, and she goes above and beyond every single time. We are so grateful to have her taking care of our hairy kids!

staff/vet/vet assistant were quite accommodating and informative i felt the vet was quite informative and built a good amount of trust in a short amount of time. for me there was a lot of information to unpack, and i wish i brought something to write down key notes to remember. tossed an email out to clarify if there was something i forgot, and got a response with the things i missed rather quickly, which i appreciated.
