This was my first visit and I was so happy to have chosen them! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and I will have to come back for dental surgery for my cat but both the vet and tech talked me through everything and reassured every concern. Excellent all around!

The technician was very friendly, professional, gentle, and efficient. He saw my dog was going to be a little endeavours and went out of his way to explain the steps to me so I could be there to help calm her through it. He really made an uncomfortable experience for her no big deal!

From the reception team to the vet assistants everyone is efficient, welcoming, and very, very kind --and then there s amazing Dr Szacki. She is a brilliant diagnostician, she is genuinely caring, and she goes above and beyond every single time. We are so grateful to have her taking care of our hairy kids!
