The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. My dog Lucy truly loves coming to see you all. She gets really excited and walks faster when she realizes we’re headed in your direction. I love how personal it feels, It really makes the experience better, knowing that my dog is being cared for by people who like her and care for her in a loving way. Thank you to everybody for the work that you do. The doctors and the staff at the front and everyone else I don’t see. Y’all are the best!

You can t get more personalized treatment. Dr. Szacki is wonderful and has a supportive staff. My little cat had teeth pulled and they called to check up on how she was doing. I have great confidence in the care they give. A real gem of a veterinarian practice. Your beloved pet couldn t be in more competent and loving hands.

Everyone did their best to help make our experience as smooth as possible, Dr. Szaski helped us so much by first looking at pics from an e mail. Imani came to the car because of my disability. Reassurances were given by staff in the phone re COVID precautions, My questions and concerns were answered. Allison answered a lot of questions, I am hoping for the biopsy to be good, Great care was taken by the doctor to help my cat with sedation before the visit by having a pharmacy Bring over medication. Every aspect worked smoothly. The vet techs connected the zippers of the carrier with key rings I provided to ensure my cat was unable to get out, My request re using Revolution was also perfectly followed, it was great teamwork between all .

We ve always appreciated the care and professionalism of the staff. What is mystifying to us is that in the case of our dog, Junior, who makes it difficult for the vets to examine him, even with the tranquilizers that you prescribed, you still weren t able to examine him. After giving him the tranquilizers the night before the appointment and the day of, Junior was comatose .We re very disappointed that you still were unable to properly examine him. We think there is something seriously wrong with him and don t have a clue as to what it is.
