We ve always appreciated the care and professionalism of the staff. What is mystifying to us is that in the case of our dog, Junior, who makes it difficult for the vets to examine him, even with the tranquilizers that you prescribed, you still weren t able to examine him. After giving him the tranquilizers the night before the appointment and the day of, Junior was comatose .We re very disappointed that you still were unable to properly examine him. We think there is something seriously wrong with him and don t have a clue as to what it is.

You guys were great. Since this section is asking for suggestions, maybe you can incorporate Zoom or FaceTime during the examination so the owner can see the pet and vice versa.

Dr staff was exellent they took me in had a emercency. Dr szacki is awsome.she really takes time to listen to your pets problems. I highly recomment this vetenarian .??????

We got an appointment for our kitten for the next day, the front desk staff is certainly busy but very patient, helpful, polite and very well organized. The vet was great, patient in explaining the illness and the proper care. You can tell how busy the office is because you have to wait on hold for a bit, but it is worth it. (Social distancing observed and we couldn t enter the facility along with the kitten but the vet and the receptionist communicated by phone). Great vets!

Can t wait till we can join our pets in the exam room! But we manage till then.

Been to two other vets in the nyc area and you guys are by far the best.

This whole process was an A+ experience. I had made an appointment and subsequently emailed reception about some pertinent details concerning my cat s medical history and reason for the visit. I checked in by phone to confirm the receipt and found out that my comments/info had already been added to my cat s chart so the treating vet would have immediate access to it. So great. Intake was super easy, friendly and efficient and Dr. Mansfield called me after her examination to brief me on her findings. She was very nice and really took her time to explain everything which was awesome. My cat seemed totally normal afterward so she must have had a really good experience as well. THANK YOU TEAM! We will be back.
