Great friendly staff however, the wait although unforeseen because it being a Saturday and we had an appointment, it was really stressful to have arrived 15 minutes before our appointment and to finally be seen after 45 mins of our scheduled time. Perhaps next time when running behind, call to inform of delay and give client the option to reschedule or wait.

Doctors n staff always helpful and takes care of Miki in a professional manner.

Appreciated the call after she woke up, the photo and text soon after, the reassurance that she was doing fine when I called to ask when she could go home, the explanation of what was done, and the instructions for the recovery period. So much was done for her and for me! Truly appreciate the great service!!

Asked for food recommendations and wasn’t able To get one. Didn’t feel that the staff was knowledgeable on the specific breed and diet recommendations. Asked about feeding amount and was told that it was up to my preference. Exlplained that dog had already been wormed and had fecal exam a couple weeks prior and had not been outdoors, but had it pushed on me to do again with the reasoning that the other clinic had to see 10 pups and may not have been accurate. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

It was our dogs first appointment and he did great. The staff was very friendly and professional. They took great care of us and especially our dog. He’s doing much better now thanks to them!!

Always good care of our pup Mika by Dr Tamura, Natalie, and the others on in the Waipio Pet Clinic ohana. They have been so good to us and our pup over the past 11+ years.

Whether it’s my Westie’s regular checkups or I have to take her in because she’s not feeling well, I am always assured she is in good hands. The doctors and staff are great!

Very compassionate staff. Considerate of my feelings even if I m loopy. 21 years with this pet and they stood by me.

Dr. Tamura is always thorough, and takes her time in explaining to us all we need. Natalie is also always so good to our babies.

Dr Nanbu and the entire staff are very helpful and professional. She takes her time to explain things to me even when I call her via phone. I trust her with the care of my doggy. I appreciate how she always gives me options when discussing treatments and tells me pros/cons — she’s very thorough which allows me to make informed decisions
