I really appreciate the staff being patient with me and my dog. He’s not very “animal friendly”, so I have to make sure the coast is clear before I bring him in, and the staff are very understanding.

The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. They always greet us with a smile and address Buddy by name. Dr. Nambu always takes her time and makes sure we understand all instructions. Again, friendly, professional, and always greets us with a smile.

I appreciate all that you do for my fur baby....peace of mind is priceless...heart felt mahalo!!

The last two times that I ve been to the clinic, the staff provided one of the examination rooms for my dogs and I to wait in. I really appreciated that because my dogs get very agitated when they encounter other dogs, so waiting in the waiting room with other dogs would have been very stressful. Thank you.
