Usually when I call they will try there best to accommodate me for a same day appointment if not then In a day or two. There was a newer girl that answered one I didn’t recognize and kept giving me later in the week appointments. I asked to speak to the regular receptionist and she said they are too busy to come to the phone. So I made an appointment else where. My father visited the clinic for another reason and was able to get me a same day appointment. After that ever thing went great. I love this clinic and the staff, my pets love it here too. I’m glad I was able to been seen.

The office was very accommodating and kind to my cat and me! The vet tech saw my cat was stressed and so she brought us into an exam room and set down a music player to calm him. She also placed a towel over his carrier, explaining she had sprayed some calming spray onto the towel to help him to calm down. I thought this was so considerate and understanding. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the care that each staff member took to insure a wonderful experience. I am happy to have found your clinic and I will be recommending it to my friends.

I really appreciate the time Donna spent with me and Cortlan ... answering my question ... providing suggestions on ways to address some of his behaviors... and the care she took having to restrain him was greatly appreciated. Dr. Nanbu was very patient with Cortlan and took great care with him during his examination, assessing his dewclaws, cutting his nails and trimming the hairs between his toes. I do not recall the name of the second vet tech who gave aid to the whole process ... but she seemed to have the gift of distraction which benefitted Cortlan s anxiety. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful on two separate occasions in answering my questions and then assisting me with scheduling an appointment for Cortlan. I am grateful that the initial visit went so well and that Dr. Nanbu is willing to be Cortlan s doctor. Mahalo nui loa for having such a compassionate team and excellent service.

After having a particularly horrible experience at another clinic, it was such a relief to find this place. My poor cat is finally free of fleas thanks to you all, and I am so relieved that we found a place that cares about our cat as much as we do. Huge thank you!

I was so very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the minimal wait times, and the length of time all of the staff spent with us. It really felt like a family environment and I really appreciated the fact that they valued my time. I cannot stress the value of time enough. I was in and out under 45 minutes as compared to 2 hours with another vet. Thank you!

Very thankful that they are sensitive and supporting my decision to do supplementary (non-invasive/surgery) care for my senior dog who has serious health issues. Not everyone wants to talk about it but it means a lot to me that they are never judgemental or preachy either way. And also very grateful that dr Tamara also calls me on her days off to follow up and goes through in depth detail about our treatment and results.
