Hmmm mouseing over then clicking to set value does not seem to work, but rating of excellent for questions 2,3,and 4...waiting patiently to see if Samanthas meds can be split without them being reduced to powder and hence becoming useless to her...I am NOT ready to lose her just because she has no appetite without medication!!!

Well, being available 7 days a week would be great. Really glad that this time for once I had an urgent need to see you guys and it wasn t Sunday. Also, considering how bad the grid is in Uxbridge, you could have a backup generator. Losing power during a surgery can t be good.

I’ve highly recommended Uxbridge Veterinary Clinic to several people. Our primary vet is Dr. Wayne and without hesitation I say he is the best vet I’ve ever found over the decades of owning dogs. In that time, I’ve taken my dog to over 5 vets. I like Wayne’s approach. Always informative, ready to answer any questions I might have. I like the way he interacts with my dog by sitting on the floor and welcoming them. Sometimes when there’s not a clear answer on what action/decision to make, he says, “well if you were my sister, I’d say…..”. I like that approach. There’s no pressure and I can consider his thoughts along with my view. Wayne doesn’t perform unnecessary tests/procedures as many others might. He’s very approachable and frequently will follow up with a phone call if warranted. The front staff and technicians are excellent. They’re personable, knowledgeable…if they don’t know the answer, they’re not afraid to ask a vet.. I’ve always found their approach to my dogs very gentle and kind. They’re very compassionate. I am so fortunate to have found Uxbridge Veterinary Clinic and my only regret is that I didn’t find you a long time ago! Patricia

Dr. Jason and the ladies at the clinic were very helpful and wonderful. They took care of Whiskey our older male cat in a manner that made me feel very comfortable and made the emergency appointment a very grateful experience.

First meeting with Dr Dawn, she is great, we would like her to be our vet going forward!

I have nothing but good things to say about UVH. I tried many vets over the years in the Brooklin Whitby area was alway disappointed or stressed So it’s safe to say I will stay with UVH and praises to all the staff that I have incountered, they are a great group.

UVH made every effort to get my dog Oliver in for minor surgery as soon as they could, and he is doing much better, thanks to Dr Ben ????

The visit was excellent as always. Medical care was professional and thorough. We were not rushed. All our questions were answered. A cheerful and welcoming clinic!

Last visit not the best. Day I picked for appointment was so I could see regular vet. Not the case but the vet was good. Misquoted on cost of procedure twice. Was told to book second appointment when I picked up meds but when I tried was told someone would call me about appointment. Frustrating experience this time.
