Very pleased with care and compassion from the whole ataff

Appreciated the fact that Dr CC had taken the time to read our previous files and knew about the loss of our Cooper, comforting to know she took her time to learn about our family.

It would be helpful to have the fees for services explained when checking out. Sometimes that part of the process seems a bit like it’s not a clear hand off - but the main purpose is care for my pet - and that is never in question.

The staff at Uxbridge Vet Hospital are very helpful, knowledgeable and caring every time we come with any of our dogs or cats. We are grateful for your amazing services!

My experiences have always been pleasant and friendly, the ladies at the front desk are awesome and an important part of the team at the UVH. All the vets I have seen with my dogs have always provided a friendly, and positive interaction.

Dr Ben is the best vet. He is knowledgeable, patient and extremely compassionate in difficult situations. We all love our pets and I know that he truly understands that.

My visit with Dr Dan is always great he is kind and genuine he cares about Paris takes his time with Paris checks him all over to make sure he is well and makes sure he is in the best health he can be I always feel great when I leave the clinic knowing my beautiful dog Paris is getting the best care so thank you Dr Dan for caring. Dr. Dan snd Amanda saved my dog Muddy’s life onAug. 17 when he was taken in 5 minutes before closing. He had bloat they stayed performed emergency surgery and saved his life. You only have up to an hour before complications which damaged internal organs. I can’t tell you how grateful we are to you.

As always very satisfied with you all. From reception through to doctor. Full information. Not hurried through. Thanks for helping us to take care of our weird and challenging rescue dogs:)

Every visit is consistent! Our pets and as are treated like family.??????. Actually that may not always be considered a compliment ?? so let me rephrase that and say we are always made to feel comfortable and handled, efficiently, always in a friendly & courteous manner

My cat, Charlie and I had a wonderful experience at UVH. Tracy was so helpful in facilitating the appointment and Dr. Kennedy performed a very thorough check up, including a follow up phone call. Thank you so much for the positive experience!

UVH has always had an exceptional level of care when it comes to Marley, this experience was no different, I was very nervous about him undergoing this procedure and the staff made sure to explain everything and comfort my concerns before and after the surgery. I was especially happy to receive a follow up call the day after just to check how Marley was doing. Dr. Dawn is amazing and so are the rest of the staff. Thank you for looking after our fur baby!
