When I arrived I was greeted by the ladies at the front and they were very welcoming and friendly , and as the Dr. she was Great also and i felt very comfortable . And the care was amazing with Mia and myself ...

We called for an emergency for our pet and we were told that they couldn’t see us. We were going to go to the newmarket emergency clinic which was a 6 hour wait. The Uxbridge clinic called back to say they made some time to see our pet. Very appreciative

I believe your record keeping could use a once-over I received a message saying Pretty Boy was due for yearly visit with shots and Goldie was due for the same. Pretty Boy was done about a month ago and Goldie was done in April when she was spayed. The notification I am waiting for is the arthritis shot for Tinkerbelle which is done monthly.

Incredibly kind, caring, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable! Our rescue dog was taken in for surgery promptly and treated like a Princess!!! Absolutely love the team!!!

The barking from the pet daycare is distracting

When we enter no-one looks up and says HI They finish what they are doing then look at us as if wondering why we are standing standing there. when settling the bill I said I was not sure if I was to discontinue Suki s old meds reception response was I would not know I was not in the meeting! I asked again - she offered no help finally I said could you ask the Vet I did not want to make a medical problem. The vet was great and the two tech assists that cut the dog s nails were great.

Randall can be a difficult dog, but everyone has treated him with kindness and decency.

Dr Dawn is knowledgeable, patient and caring. She takes the time to explain medical issues and terms. We appreciate these Bella is in her care.
