Always friendly, efficient and practical. Dr. Ben and all the staff are wonderful will always be grateful for the wonderful care.

The ladies at the front were very helpful. Apparently my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday and I was there on a Tuesday, but a technician was able to give my dog her shot. I also had an issue with the microchip, and the ladies were extremely accommodating and helpful, which led me to contacting 24 pet watch and getting my details. Update it for my dog. Thank you.

Reception staff were very welcoming and very nice.

I like how Dr. Dawn framed the solution “If it was my dog…… I would….” That really creates a foundation of thoughtfulness. I also appreciate the quick service when I phoned to say Wallace was not improving. I appreciate the follow up calls because I usually forget to ask something and follow up helps ease my mind for treatment concerns. Everyone was positive and upbeat, which helps when you are dealing with the stress of a sick family member/ pet. It feels like you have a team of people who care about the outcome of your pet and have someone to lean on if you need help. My previous vet was not strong in communication skills or follow up. I appreciate the clarity and strong and open communication lines and because of this, I highly recommend UVH.
