There appeared to have a few emergencies so it was a little backed up. but they came and took my dog to get his bloodwork done. this speeded up the process once we were in the exam room.

There is a strong urine odor in the office the last several times we have visited. It looks reasonably clean but the odor is strong. Perhaps the flooring is just porous due to age and wear. Nonetheless we are always treated well and I am satisfied with the level of care.

It would be nice if the vet techs would introduce themselves. It was my first time there and aside from the Vet no one said who they were or what their role was. When I was given discharge instructions the lady was very nice but again, I don t know who she was! She didn t give me her name & didn t have a name badge. I don t know if she helped with the surgery.

The waiting room is a bit small and cramped, which isn t an issue unless there are multiple pets waiting at the same time. For pets who are nervous around strangers or other animals, this can increase the stress of a vet visit. I recognize that there s probably not a lot of space available to expand, but it s something to be aware of in case you do get an opportunity to change the space around.
