Very good vet & staff friendly & helpful

I rarely give negative comments but when you make appts online it says if you’re 10 min late you get charged the office fee and you’re rescheduled. Yet I came 10 min early and waited an hour past my appt to even get into the office and not even a sorry for your long wait. My time is just as important as yours. I realize emergencies come in but you need to not make your appts so close together to compensate for those circumstances.

Was going to ask when I picked up my fur babies. Why the large increase in price from having 2 done last year and 2 this year was around a $400 increase

Dr. Shepherd and the staff are very accommodating, they are knowledgeable, prompt, and very courteous. No one rushes to “shove” you out the door all are extremely compassionate. You are all appreciated

Way to expensive. I don t spend this much on myself. Out of control.

Prices are outrageous and I do understand that everything has gone up. Maybe special pricing for income stressed or payment arrangements

I had Dr. Shepard come to the ymca camp when I was director and speak to the campers. He was great!!!He is still great and always takes his time with every client! I highly recommend him for all your pet needs!!

Dr. Shepard is great with the pet owner and the pet! Office staff polite and cordial.

Dr Sheppard and his staff are so amazing. I felt very welcome. They are very thorough and listened to all my concerns. They are true animal lovers and treated me with the utmost respect. The best veterinary clinic in the area hands down!

I was very impressed with the clean office,the welcoming of all the staff,and I was very impressed with doc’s,as my little guy very painful front ankle,in which I thought it was broken but that wasn’t the case,he gave me meds to help the discomfort and he is doing very well,thank you all very much for all you did.

Genuinely, Four Loving Paws is a Five Star veterinarian service. I was so impressed with the Doctor s knowledge, compassion, professionalism, and humility. The staff equally as well. This will be our Family Doctor for our rescue Greyhound. Billing is very reasonable.

Dr. Shepherd has been great for my girl and me. I have learned so much more from him about my dog than I ever did reading up on her breed. I m greatful for his help and the great care my girl recieves. The staff is also very friendly,awessome, and always willing to help.

Was very satisfied with our first time at this office. Everyone I talked to was very informative and helpful. Went beyond on being friendly and helpful. My children were with me and it was definitely a positive experience for them as they were concerned for their dog to receiving shots. Our dog did great and loved everyone!

The only way visits could be better is if you guys could stay open later. Other than that you always do great work!
