The Dr. Stancliff and his staff have been wonderful. I have used this Drs. office since 1989 and I love it.

Really like the curbside services made the appointment much more enjoyable. No stress of other pets approaching us. I would pay extra to continue that service. Our dog Cinnamon was not acting normal and we called seeing if we could make an appointment on Fridayat 8:30 am. We were told in a very abrupt manner that their was no time available today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday). We then said I guess we ll have to take her to the emergency animal clinic like this happened last time? Only then we re we told I guess you can drop her off at 8am Saturday. We normally don t fret about minor, trivial issues and being your reputation for being caring and compassionate towards animals and humans has left us at a loss. I do hope this is an isolated incident and due to the duress of the virus.

Call and let people know when you are running behind. Sitting in a car with a very anxious dog who was going crazy for 20 minutes past our appt time would be greatly appreciated.

My puppy is generally a little skittish around strangers I was surprised at well he did.

I can t tell if it registered 5 star rating on all 6. My vet and his staff are all Excellent. So thankful to have them take care of both of our dogs. They are the BEST!!

I would like there to be some kind of dog leash holder at the front desk. It’s frustrating trying to pay and handle a big dog.

Best service and most caring staff there my entire family take all of our animals there and my parents even live out of town but the vets and staff there are the best, will never go anywhere else ????????????????????????????
