Regarding a previous visit....the credit card machine was not accepting payments (after trying 3 cards), so I left & advised someone would pickup the product later. Desk people thought I took my purchase with me. I had not. When my husband went back to pay for the product, they said I had taken it with me, so he advised me later when I arrived at home. This caused quite a lot of hard feelings & I wasn t certain that I would return again. I didn t arrive home til after your office had closed. I called & a person answered. They did leave my product outside the office door for me.

I thought Dr. Bock was wonderful and caring. I had to leave town for business for a few days the day I brought Lucy to the vet. I ended up boarding her since I knew she was sick and at the time, we weren’t sure what was wrong with her. Usually, when I pick up any pet from either boarding or taking to doggie daycare, the dog needs a bath because they smell. But she did not smell bad when I picked her up despite the fact I knew she didn’t feel good enough to do much other than lay in a crate.

My mother’s dog had a seizure. I called your office 1 hour before closing time on a Saturday and you were still able to get us in to see her dog. Very pleased with your services. Great staff and awesome vets! Keep up the great work.
