The staff were very good with my German Shepherd. She’s a big girl; she willingly went with the vet tech and did well during her exam. I’m very pleased with the care shown to Angel and the treatment provided.

My pets have always been treated like they were their pets. If you linger too long in one spot you are liable to get your nails clipped and a flea treatment. The staff is astounding and for 13 years I have had the best care for my Clowder.

Room had not been cleaned prior to our appointment. Helper only started to clean after we arrived. Dr. Bach was more than helpful with all other concerns as usual.

Need to have more people available to answer the phones if the office is not allowing anyone in the building. Would also he helpful if the staff asked the people waiting in their cars if they have been helped instead of making them call over and over again for someone to answer the phone. However the lady who usually answers the phone is very polite and helpful!

The vet was very judgmental and acted as a bully. Suggested I change just about every way I take care of my dog. After talked to other vets following my visit I was informed the information I was told at my visit was a flat lie and they were just trying to get the most money out of me possible. Horrible experience
