I wouldn t want to take my Rosetta anywhere else. And they took pictures and sent them to me through the day. And let me bring her blanket and toys.

The front desk and staff are always so kind and helpful to me! They seem to go out of their way to help my furbabies. The email is also a great way to communicate and get answers as well. I appreciate that very much.

Our dog has been going to this veterinary clinic for 11 years. We tried a few more before but the staff and facility were above the rest. I tell my dog the night before that is is going to the vet and she gets excited. She gets plenty of attention and so do we while waiting for her to come out. I recommend this practice all the time

Appointments are required for re-checks, and the wait time for my pet to be seen for a scheduled re-check seems unnecessarily long (often 30+ minutes). This has been my experience numerous times. When we are seen, the techs have been extremely pleasant and helpful!

My dog was finally seen 45 minutes after her appointment time all while I watched several others come and go. I had to ask the front desk what was going on before I was finally called back.

Had a good experience and our dog seemed comfortable with techs.

Every thing was fine

They took good care of my Trooper. His ear is better and he says thanks.

Saw a new vet, again. Gets fustrated not seeing the same person. She did not know the difference in my pets left and right, I had to correct her, and her response was, I always mess that up. Talked down to me when I wanted to discuss my pets diet and weight. At least we know we won’t see her again next year.

All was excellent when we came in for our pets care.
