This was my first time coming here. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming to my new pupper and me. I will be bringing all of my pets here now.

It took Tipper a week to get over going there. Blood was drawn from him and the machine to test his thyroid was broken. I was told I could come back -50.00 the office fee, but here s the thing...I ve just got him back to normal behaviorally after taking him there. Could there not have been a mild sedation or numbing shot given him before the blood being drawn...FOR NOTHING! Unreal!

I was supposed to receive copy of test results after the tech glich was fixed on Monday and haven t yet received. Doranne Kelly

The only recommendation I have is to maybe ask any loud animals that won t stop barking to wait outside. I had a migraine before I left, and I was only there half an hour.

Dr. Hatcher was terrific with my dog’s diagnosis, surgery, and explanations. Brooke was also great. Both were very kind.

The lady at the front desk (Carmel complexion) was new or in training but nice. The lady who clipped my cats nails was wonderful. YOU ALL DOUBLING THE PRICE OF NAIL CLIPPINGS IS STRAIGHT UP BULLSHIT. Did the owner get a divorce or something? This is aweful. You need to examine your conscious. You don’t have a drug addiction do you? Come on! .

The staff is extremely tolerant of my anxious and fear aggressive dog. They allow me to be with my pet and contain her during the exam. Thank you!

I understand that vet practices get busy, but I honestly feel that 40 minutes is too long to wait for a recheck. My dog was becoming very anxious. I m not sure how to best mitigate this issue.
