Appointments are required for re-checks, and the wait time for my pet to be seen for a scheduled re-check seems unnecessarily long (often 30+ minutes). This has been my experience numerous times. When we are seen, the techs have been extremely pleasant and helpful!

My dog was finally seen 45 minutes after her appointment time all while I watched several others come and go. I had to ask the front desk what was going on before I was finally called back.

Had a good experience and our dog seemed comfortable with techs.

Saw a new vet, again. Gets fustrated not seeing the same person. She did not know the difference in my pets left and right, I had to correct her, and her response was, I always mess that up. Talked down to me when I wanted to discuss my pets diet and weight. At least we know we won’t see her again next year.

I had an 11:00 am appointment. After 30 minutes waiting I was taken to a room. I waited another 25 minutes to see the vet. Doctor Hatcher said they were short staff when he came in which explains the long wait time. He was excellent as always. Very straight forward and listens to any concerns. The waiting room and Lobby were both very clean. The vet staff was very friendly. The girl that checked me out wasn’t very friendly, just sort of neutral.

This was our first visit and everyone was so accommodating to our dog. Not only that, they offered very helpful advice and were so kind.
