Saw a new vet, again. Gets fustrated not seeing the same person. She did not know the difference in my pets left and right, I had to correct her, and her response was, I always mess that up. Talked down to me when I wanted to discuss my pets diet and weight. At least we know we won’t see her again next year.

I had an 11:00 am appointment. After 30 minutes waiting I was taken to a room. I waited another 25 minutes to see the vet. Doctor Hatcher said they were short staff when he came in which explains the long wait time. He was excellent as always. Very straight forward and listens to any concerns. The waiting room and Lobby were both very clean. The vet staff was very friendly. The girl that checked me out wasn’t very friendly, just sort of neutral.

This was our first visit and everyone was so accommodating to our dog. Not only that, they offered very helpful advice and were so kind.

I appreciate the patience of the staff, techs, and Doctors with my anxious and slightly aggressive dog. They work well around her needs and make the visit as quick and comfortable as possible.

My appointment was at 9:30,did see the vet until 11:30! Will not happen again. I ll take my business some where else!

Everything on this visit was great and a doctor did call and explain everything. They are very friendly and helpful. I always have a hard time contacting Premier. They changed their email address and didn’t tell their customers and their phone is rarely answered. Just this morning (approx 10 hours ago) I sent an email to the new address and still haven’t received a response. This is the only feedback I have that isn’t positive. The people there have been amazing otherwise.
