I really appreciated the Veterinarian herself coming out to explain the condition of my pup. I also really appreciate her follow up calls. My pup being so sick was unexpected but had the vet not taken such great care of her and taking time to come out and explain things, that would’ve been our last appointment at Premier Vet. Our cat had a similar thing happen and we paid 3k for him and we never spoke to the Vet MD.

Our dog had been throwing up for three days. They crated her and evaluated her. They have her a shot and us instructions. By days end she was almost back to normal. We have been customers of this place for over 10 years and are totally pleased with everyone and everything there

Not sure if it was just the time of day, but as I sat for my 15:00 appt, 2 other clients came in and were seen b4 I was ever called. I was about 5-8 mins early, but sat until after 15:30. I was pleased with the attention given to my pet, and glad we had a room, instead of sitting in the waiting room while someone retrieves my pet and takes them to the back, for care. I love Premier. Have had my pets here for yrs. Maybe it was just an off day.

The appointment was over booked and was canceled. Have to reschedule now.

The last three or four times I brought my dog in I never actually got to see the Doctor had to ask the nurse and they would go and ask the Doctor.Didn t feel like I was being listened to.

I will say I was a bit surprised from the reviews. The sad thing is people who have good things to say fail to do reviews. This vets office is superior, and the amount of business they have is unbelievable. It is like a normal Dr office, the wait is very short and the front desk, to the techs and the vet are all great. A very good experience. And we are thinking about moving our four dogs over to this clinic. Loved it and thank you for seeing and caring for Roscoe.

Absolutely loved coming here, the ladies at the front desk were so sweet, loved the doctor and his knowledge, the only bad thing was the vet tech. She seemed very cold, matter of fact, not friendly at all. Still, we will absolutely return. We ve been bouncing vets for months trying to find the right place for us, and I think this is it!

I was very upset because I could not get into my previous Vet, and my dog was very sick and I felt so much relief that I was able to get into Premier and everyone was above and beyond courteous, kind and professional. I will recommend you to everyone.

I paid to have my two cats nail done. I also paid for my dogs nail done. Cats nail were done. But the dogs were not done. But U paid for them. Also most places charge $10.00 for nails, but you charge $25.00 I think that is a little high, considering what we paid for services and medicine cost. You should give your customers a break on the cost. I will be calling you office on Monday about my refund.

I originally planned to be there, but circumstances did not allow. I sent my significant other with a FULL post-it note of things we needed and specific instructions (emails to be sent and such) they took exceptional care of the two and when I arrived for the end of the appointment they even walked me to the room they were in and were so kind and personable doing so. 10/10 will recommend and very happy to have found a vet for all three of my fur babies.
