I went home in tears. All three of my dogs have been on the Premier Pet Program. Two were due for their vaccinations and renewal of their Program in January, but we were in Florida preparing our seasonal home for sale. I intended to just hold off on getting their vaccinations until we returned to TN. Unfortunately, we were forced very unexpectedly to travel, and I couldn t kennel the two dogs until their vaccinations were updated. I had no choice but to get them vaccinated. My husband took the afternoon off from work to help me get all three dogs to their appointment to get estimates for 3 dental cleanings and one needs to be neutered. Despite trying to explain to both the technician and the vet why two had already had their vaccinations, I was told since I had shopped around, two of my dogs are not eligible for the Premier Vet Program and the discount on dental cleaning. All three of my dogs were Premier Pets this past year, and now only one is because his vaccinations weren t due at the same time as the other two. I DID NOT SHOP AROUND!! YOU ARE MY VET! Why would I drive all the way from well South of Murfreesboro to bring my dogs to your clinic? I don t have another vet!! Just your clinic!! My husband took the other two dogs back out to the truck while the one received vaccinations and a dental/neuter quote. Now my other two either have to wait until next year when once again they will be eligible for Premier Pet or pay extra because no one is empathetic of why I had to have them vaccinated elsewhere. I just loved the I SHOPPED AROUND comment. I went to Florida to shop around for a vet?? I mean seriously. I am really torn as to what I am supposed to do. I do not want to leave your clinic, but when there is no understanding or flexibility with a logical, understandable situation, it doesn t appear that anyone is listening to the client and trying to work with them. Still upset about it.

The professionalism in the office is just wonderful. I love the attention my babies get from the staff, both front and medical. Thank you.

Premier vet care is the most dependable and most experienced vetenary clinic I ve ever been too. They always di an amazing job with my cat, and when I had a very sick stray kitten , they were extremely helpful and got him patched up from top to bottom perfectly. They answer any questions you may have and I have always found them to be courteous and caring! Top notch!

The staff at Premier is wonderful and patient with my stubborn pugs. They love my pets like I love them.

I will highly recommend Premier VetCare to any one looking for a vet. Truly the best care I have ever received at a vets office. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat there. They updated me multiple times a day and were compassionate and professional.

Filling out the papers to get to visit was surprising. I have never had to do that. Also I have never had to put up a 50.00 holding fee for an appointment. You don’t even have to do that for a person to go to a doctor. Those things almost made me decide to go somewhere else. But you all were nice and I liked the vet ,etc. glad I don’t have to fill out papers again the next time we come

Wait time was maybe five minutes and we were in and out within 45 minutes for Callie s annual shots and wellness check. Staff was super nice.

After flea and tick meds plus senior exam with just a rabies shot and my Gypsy being a preferred pet the bill was 600. I was taken back but the real clincher was the 1200 yes that 1,200 for a dental cleaning. I’ve been using Premier since Dr Hatcher was in the small building. I occasionally get to see him and honestly he’s the reason I’ve stayed with his veterinarian business. 1200 for dental with her at the beginning stages of stage 3. Know prices have went up, but as much as she needs a dental cleaning I really can’t afford 1200 and they also recommended that this be accomplished every two years. Just can’t decide what to do of course the answer from most would be go somewhere else but I really love the care they give my pets. Could I possibly go somewhere else for cleaning (I have two much lower quotes ) then return for other health services for my two fur babies?

As always everyone was great. 5 stars for everything but the cost . I think annual check ups for our pups have got really expensive over the past 3-4 yrs I think it was $175 plus heart worm med for each of our pups. I d be interested to know the % increase since covid.

This was our first time visiting Premier, and I was very pleased! Everyone was super nice, and they explained the costs upfront, so I knew exactly what I would be paying. I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!

When I arrived, the lady told me my appointment at 1:45 was canceled. I never canceled. The Vet was at the urgent care (she got bit). They said they would fit me in. I finally got to be seen at 2:30. In left at 2:55. Not good. Ken Tobolski
