Got into a room but it was 45-50 before the doctor came in I understand each pet is unique but maybe after 30 minutes need to reschedule or have more doctors or have doctors for just non emergency patients

I was charged for my cat to be treated only for him to die 6 days later, where or what platform can I leave my reviews to warn the public?

Everyone I spoke with was great. They answered questions and helped ease my mind.

I don’t like being offered a “menu” to choose treatment options from especially before the vet even examines the animal. Also, we had to perform the vet techs duties because the staff can’t be “bitten or scratched.” You work in a vets office, you work with animals that have claws and teeth, that is a risk you knew about before you took the job. I understand minimizing that risk but to me, premier is more concerned with upselling more services than just providing necessary care.

The vet took a great amount of time discussing my cat and his habits. He was very gentle and knowledgeable.

I ve been to other vets and they all seem to be a money grab system , telling you what to do . Here I feel like you guys tell me all the options and what s important and what s not important and clear on the price of everything . I also feel like you guys truly care about my fletchy and his well being. I highly recommend you guys and will never take my pets anywhere else. My precious baby had an upset stomach off and on for a few days. We saw Dr. Johnson who took a lot of time with us and gave us a good plan to get him back on track with the right food and medication.

I wanted my pet to have a nail trim while there and was nicely informed I needed a separate appointment to get that done. That is very inconvenient as I d be missing work again, navigating traffic in and out of the parking lot. I understand this is likely to discourage drop ins but do not see why it can t be done with an existing appointment. There appeared to be enough help there and it would have taken 10 minutes. I am disappointed in this policy change. Such a simple thing to maintain full customer satisfaction.

Thank you for the good work you do to help our pets. Just a note to say, it would be nice to recieve a follow up phone call after a visit to the vet after surgery. Also maybe a suggestion to have an after hours number that we can call if we have questions or concerns that come up unexpectedly.

I enjoyed my visit and my dog is getting better. The only thing is it was a little expensive and I m on a fixed income. I was hoping there would be some kind of discount for senior citizens.

The staff has absolutely no communication skills. They do not listen to what you are trying to say and it is very frustrating.

Everyone gave very clear information and listened to our questions and concerns. We felt like our Frankie was given excellent care. Thank you.

This was our first visit to Premier and everyone was very nice and the vet spent quite a bit of time w/ us, talking about any concerns we had and developing a game plan for our 10 and 11 year old cats. Also, we have one cat who s very difficult when it comes to vet visits and they were able to give her her shots and get everything they needed and they did it in a separate room we could see from the exam room, so we knew she wasn t being mistreated in any way. Unlike the last couple of vet visits to another vet, she didn t come home seemingly traumatized.

Facility was very clean. Staff was very professional very impressed with the Overall experience

45$ to cut nails? Are you kidding me? Imagine if it were something serious. Oh well, they are just dogs, they have to die sometime. I use drive longer because you had compassion and were affordable. And it showed. Now it doesn t. I have rescues. But that doesn t matter, not your problem. Got it.

The vet tech didn t fully read our chart and didn5 understand certain requests. Felt like she was pushing for upgraded packages to make more money, not based on my pets needs.
