I have waited quite a while before until I started booking the appointment right after lunch. That works great! Love Premier Vet!

Dr. Hatcher went over everything I asked or had a question on my form concerning Darla. I find him easy to relate to. He took his time with me.

I love the way the staff loves my pugs. Cost is always affordable and they tell us the cost of everything before proceeding on anything.

Always a great place for Marley and Mirabella. The staff is as amazing as they always have been and we are happy to be back!

My dog had surgery and the vet tech called and explained things regarding surgery. However, I had specific questions that he could not answer because he was not in the surgery. It would be very nice to receive a call from the vet performing the surgery so my questions could be answered.

I want to thank you all for putting up with me during my ugly time.

Everything was great!!

The availability was great. The were helpful, understanding, and kind.

I have had several rechecks on my dog for a skin infection. I guess I understand the reason behind that the techs come get my dog and take it back to the Vet to be seen however there are times I would like to speak to the doctor, rather than asking the tech and they look dazed and go back to doctor and back and forth.

I do not understand why you do not get to see the doctor to ask about what they wert through. I forgot to ask them about her other surgery her teeth. They did not say anything about that. Just her arm. Being with you all for a long time. Love you all

Everything was fairly easy and convenient until we got to the clinic and checked in. We were waiting 25 minutes past our appointment time before I went up to the front desk and asked if I had mistaken the appointment time and come at the wrong time. The front desk person said she would go back and see what was happening. It was then that the vet tech came out and brought us back to be seen. The vet tech and Dr Latarte were great - they answered my questions and worked with me to get our dog’s shots and vaccinations all figured out. We will return and see how trip #2 goes.

Lady at front desk was very nice. Everyone else I came into contact with, not so much. Felt rushed and like just another number. I work with people face to face everyday so I’m well aware of proper etiquette when dealing with customers. Maybe it’s the work environment or personal problems but it shouldn’t show when dealing with your customers. Other than that everything was good.

It was a great experience! I appreciate the thoughtful care we received!

First time there switched vets and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

As always the staff is professional, kind, understanding and so willing to help out to get my Little Bit to feeling better. I would never chose anyplace else other than here!
