Staff was very friendly and helpful. I called later in the day concerned after vaccination reaction but I was reassured and given very helpful information regarding it.

Our dog Sulley has been getting harder and harder to take blood from and we were really getting worried about bringing him in for his yearly check ups, as he was getting a little more aggressive each time we brought him in. He s been only to this vet since day 1 and he is now 6 years old. As he s getting older its been getting harder and harder to keep him calm while taking blood samples. We tried everything from sedatives to treats, a cage muzzle, etc. with no luck. We were starting to look elsewhere as we were concerned and didn t think we should have to sedate him once a year for these blood samples. This time though, the two young ladies that helped us were very caring and supportive. We had zero issues with Sulley on this visit and now we look forward to bringing him back again. Kudos to the two ladies that helped us with bringing Sulley into a larger room and offering peanut butter which completely distracted him and allowed the shots and blood to be given/taken. We have regained our confidence in this facility now thanks to these two ladies who listened to our concerns and made it a pleasurable experience.

I have been to several local veterinary offices. My dissatisfied we them brought me to your office. I had the best experience I have ever had with an issue that my poor dog has had for years. I finally have a plan for my poor babies itching. Thank you so much.

Alex called and said Dutch needed additional dental work. He explained why it was necessary, so the go-ahead was given. detailed care instruction and meds were given to us at pickup.

Doctor Porter and staff were wonderful and great to us and my dog coco. Answered all my questions and took her time without feeling rushed, Which we appreciate most.

I’m so happy you were able to fit Jack in the same day I called. I had no idea he was suffering so, and appreciate all you did to help him get well. He has been responding well to the antibiotics and I can see he is feeling so much better. You are the best clinic I’ve ever been to in the last 40 years of being a pet owner. I’m so glad I moved back to Smyrna last and came back to your clinic. You are absolutely the best!!!
