Everyone at Premier is very professional from the front desk, vet techs to the Doctors. We wouldn t take Ulanna anywhere else!! We thank you all for taking such amazing care of us!!

The staff was great. Summitt was very obstinate, and didn t want to enter the building. Someone came out and helped me to get her inside through a side door, which was less scary for Summitt. And they worked so well with her in the exam room to make sure she was comfortable with what was happening. As always, a great experience.

The staff is always helpful, they take the time to explain any questions you may have, and are very friendly and caring with your pet

Most of the front staff are friendly some seem a little standoffish. Always appreciate Dr Catron and Teri at the front desk I think that’s her name blonde hair very nice

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was given a diagnosis for Bobbles in a very timely manner and given instructions regarding needed surgery.

I want to thank all the staff at Premier. They were all wonderful and helpful. They also enjoyed meeting my baby girl and gave her so much lovings!

Noah was so awesome and a great employee. He took alot of time with me and Gracie and was so friendly. The only thing that through me off a little was when I got home and read all my paperwork and it stated Gracie had stage 2 periodontal disease and her gums were inflamed and swollen. I had just had her teeth cleaned in Feb and looked at her gums and they were fine. I did call back and the receptionist did call me right back and said the vet had hit the wrong button when she printed the report and it should have been a stage 1? I can see how a mistake could be made like that especially if the reports are generic but it did concern me. All in all though I was satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I called later in the day concerned after vaccination reaction but I was reassured and given very helpful information regarding it.
