I love this animal care. I have highly recommended it everyone looking for a vet. I appreciate the speed of getting an appointment not waiting too long the time that s taken with me and my pet the professionalism and yet the fun of staff too. We arrived early for our appointment so info could be entered into the computer and even though it was put in before we went in the room the assistant had to enter much more while we all waited in the room. She asked us the same questions over and over and it took at lease 30 min (maybe more)for her to get everything into the computer. We were there for an hour and 1/2 for 3 HW tests and 1 to 2 vaccinations each and some meds and that doesn t count our early arrival. They did collect a urine sample on one dog which was negative.

I love Dr Catron my baby was in kidney failure and they saved him I wish we had been coming here since we found out about this kidney issues and will only use this facility for any of my pets in the future and will also let everyone I know to change to Premier VetCare .... thank you Dr. Catron-Lowe for saving Cassanova

I have been coming to Premier for years and honestly was looking for another place because of my past experience when having Buddy’s teeth cleaned two years ago...wait time to be seen was very long...procedure didn’t take long to clean his teeth but my lil Buddy had to sit in a crate all day waiting for his procedure even though we had an appointment scheduled and I brought him first thing in the morning, but because he wasn’t seen until later in the day, I couldn’t pick him up until closing. Basically, I just wasn’t happy with the overall experience. Fast forward two years. I decided to try one more time at Premier. I must say the experience took a complete 180. I was prepared for at least a 30 minute wait...we were taken back almost immediately. I asked if he wouldn’t have to stay all day and was assured they would get to him by 9:00...other surgeries weren’t over rescheduled for the day. I was able to pick him up by 2:00. He looked great and seemed in better health than he did from the experience two years ago. Thank you to the friendlier staff, techs, and Dr. Letarte who did a fabulous job for my Buddy!
