Despite remodeling the place was very clean just wanted to say that I’m sure it was difficult as animal walked in and out there where people painting and guys drilling still very clean and relatively quite ( for a vets office lol )

I was very impressed with the facility and service I and my dog receive. We were seen on time, everyone was very kind, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a diagnoses regarding Daisy s condition in a matter of minutes. In addition, location of facility was very convenient and parking was easy. Wish I would have gone to Premier sooner.

I was traveling and eight hours away from my vet and I called to see if they could fit me and my dog, Roccoe, in and they immediately said yes! We arrived and the wait time was so short and they gave Roccoe everything he needed to get better! I could not have been any happier with a vet clinic!

Taylor was awesome making sure Lily could see Dr. Catron for her follow up visit, by remembering me and calling me back for an actual appointment time. Dr. Catron listened carefully, showed sincere concern for my Lily cat, and definitely saved her life this time around. She is getting back to her old self again. Thank you!

We came in with 2 sick dogs at 4:00 as walk in s. Although you were very busy, the wait time was not bad at all. We are very appreciative you all were willing to see them.

Staff allows us to use a bigger room which makes our dog feel much more comfortable and makes the whole process much easier.

This was my first visit to Premier. My dog was having a problem and I had been considering switching to a vet located closer to my home. The experience was wonderful (however, I am not sure my dog Maggie would agree with that sentiment). I am leaning towards switching the care of all three of my pets over to Premier based on this experience and the convenience of a close to home location.

The staff was not helpful with cleaning our urine soaked cat. Our old vet was so good at helping clean up accidents. Very disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for...

It is evident why Premier is continuously top-rated among vets in Middle Tennessee. This is the first vet I have been to that asked me to tell them the story of how I got my animal. I didn t feel rushed. It was a GREAT experience! One I want to tell others about, and a place I am excited to return to with my animal. I did have a quote drawn up for dental work. Although my cat s teeth are stage 4 of 4, it is disheartening that dental work is $300-$500+, and -- in my case -- close to $800. Imagine the number of animals that don t get proper care because their families can t afford that. Even worse, imagine the number of animals whose lives are terminated instead due to the low cost of euthanization. It should not cost substantially less to end your pets life than it does to maintain and enhance their health. I only hope all pets have owners willing to pay steep prices for their well-being. I know not all are that lucky. Regardless of steep prices, I am looking forward to being a Premier patient for life and am thankful for the ways they earned my trust in just one visit.

This place is way better than Banfield....and much more reasonable as well. So glad we decided to go with Premier!
