This was my first visit to Premier. My dog was having a problem and I had been considering switching to a vet located closer to my home. The experience was wonderful (however, I am not sure my dog Maggie would agree with that sentiment). I am leaning towards switching the care of all three of my pets over to Premier based on this experience and the convenience of a close to home location.

The staff was not helpful with cleaning our urine soaked cat. Our old vet was so good at helping clean up accidents. Very disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for...

It is evident why Premier is continuously top-rated among vets in Middle Tennessee. This is the first vet I have been to that asked me to tell them the story of how I got my animal. I didn t feel rushed. It was a GREAT experience! One I want to tell others about, and a place I am excited to return to with my animal. I did have a quote drawn up for dental work. Although my cat s teeth are stage 4 of 4, it is disheartening that dental work is $300-$500+, and -- in my case -- close to $800. Imagine the number of animals that don t get proper care because their families can t afford that. Even worse, imagine the number of animals whose lives are terminated instead due to the low cost of euthanization. It should not cost substantially less to end your pets life than it does to maintain and enhance their health. I only hope all pets have owners willing to pay steep prices for their well-being. I know not all are that lucky. Regardless of steep prices, I am looking forward to being a Premier patient for life and am thankful for the ways they earned my trust in just one visit.

I love this animal care. I have highly recommended it everyone looking for a vet. I appreciate the speed of getting an appointment not waiting too long the time that s taken with me and my pet the professionalism and yet the fun of staff too. Thank you for making my pet care affordable also I surely appreciate that

We arrived early for our appointment so info could be entered into the computer and even though it was put in before we went in the room the assistant had to enter much more while we all waited in the room. She asked us the same questions over and over and it took at lease 30 min (maybe more)for her to get everything into the computer. We were there for an hour and 1/2 for 3 HW tests and 1 to 2 vaccinations each and some meds and that doesn t count our early arrival. They did collect a urine sample on one dog which was negative.

I love Dr Catron my baby was in kidney failure and they saved him I wish we had been coming here since we found out about this kidney issues and will only use this facility for any of my pets in the future and will also let everyone I know to change to Premier VetCare .... thank you Dr. Catron-Lowe for saving Cassanova

I have been coming to Premier for years and honestly was looking for another place because of my past experience when having Buddy’s teeth cleaned two years ago...wait time to be seen was very long...procedure didn’t take long to clean his teeth but my lil Buddy had to sit in a crate all day waiting for his procedure even though we had an appointment scheduled and I brought him first thing in the morning, but because he wasn’t seen until later in the day, I couldn’t pick him up until closing. Basically, I just wasn’t happy with the overall experience. Fast forward two years. I decided to try one more time at Premier. I must say the experience took a complete 180. I was prepared for at least a 30 minute wait...we were taken back almost immediately. I asked if he wouldn’t have to stay all day and was assured they would get to him by 9:00...other surgeries weren’t over rescheduled for the day. I was able to pick him up by 2:00. He looked great and seemed in better health than he did from the experience two years ago. Thank you to the friendlier staff, techs, and Dr. Letarte who did a fabulous job for my Buddy!
